I'll make a determination after the 1st 5-6 games I really can't tell if this team is really better this year, but last year I thought we were more solid then we turned out to be. By mid October will know for sure... until then it's either the doom and gloomers or pom pom posters. I'm a wait and see guy. We are a good team either way, but are we a SB team??? Honestly cannot tell till I see how we a stack up against other teams.

I certainly hope it is much sooner then that Hopefully he is all that and a bag of chips. Missed much of camp with injury. Probably getting back into football shape. Plus he will need some time with the playbook and making the calls

You didn't expect an OL on waivers to actually have "Glowing Metrics", if they did why would they get cut? Every team in this league would love to have to have the problem of being forced to cut an OL with "Glowing Metrics". In fact if an OL was going to be cut with "Glowing Metrics" it would probably be an easy trade before cutdown day because 31 other teams can use this type of depth, or even as a starter.... as for the bargain basement comment see the above sentence.

They have lost ground... You need your top rookies to make an impact and keep you from diving into the FA pool every year. Beane may good at cap gymastics, but the fact is we shouldn't need to do that much to make the cap work. That only happens when your drafting better impact players more consistently IMO.

OL, Run game support, Dorsey, Josh's pocket awareness Those 4 things need to be better this year if Josh is going to be able to keep those INTs down. Those are 4 things that need significant improvements if we have any chance of going to the SB

At this point all Salary cap space should be used to bring in solid players at MLB and OL when teams start cutting down.

I'm a fan because the Bills are in Buffalo, and my Dad, Uncle, and some cousins had season tickets and started taking me to games back in the 70's... My reason for continuing watching the Bills is the comradery with my friends and family. Its just a good time for better or for worse. Its more about friends and family for me, its something I enjoy sharing with them If the Bills ever leave Buffalo I would stop watching the NFL all together. I don't watch any football if the Bills are not playing. Yes I prefer winning and competing... but I still watched most every game during the long stretch of ineptness, and will continue to do so blindly as long as the Bills Prefix is Buffalo

I think the preseason with starters just showed that we need a lot of work before the season. Without preseason do they even realize they need a wakeup call ? Preseason don't count but how can the team actually realize what is working and what is not without some action against someone else besides the same ol same ol every practice. Preseason serves a very important purpose IMO
