NYS and Erie come from tax payers. There were plenty of pissed off taxpayers that didn't want any tax money going towards the stadium. Pegulas could but they are billionaires. Billionaires don't invest like that because there is no ROI. They put money towards the stadium, they were not going to add to their expenses here. Yes it would be lovely if all the rich folks spent their money buying us nice things, but we live in capitalism, if your not getting a return it's a piss poor investment decision. I've said my peace, it wasn't going to happen, and it's not going to happen -

Ok but if there was a R.O.I then what is stopping them.. if you are gonna make your money back then what is stopping them...... they can't afford the loss or chose not to lose money on this investment -

really all the extra support needed, you do know you can't just put a roof on, that roof needs major support built in... I also haven't see a render that shows it 70% covered, maybe 30% covered Does this look 70% covered to you ? -
We are almost there, one more win should unlock God Mode.

That's an extra $ BIllion. So the question I'm going to ask, and if you have the answer I expect solid details. Where is the R.O.I coming from ? The amount of offseason use of the venue needed to justify an extra billion$ is not happening. You would need to be able to book a couple dozen offseason acts to have a chance at getting an R.O.I. Not many big name acts or shows want to come to Buffalo in the winter.. dome or not. So again you can do the math up, down, sideways... the bottom line is you're in the red. Add in the fact that the new stadium will be getting periodic maintenance after the 1st decade of use, so you can start adding in 100s of millions of upkeep. Buffalo just doesn't have the ability to support a dome and break even. Its a losing proposition. Terry could pony up the $1 Billion but even he knows he ain't making that chunk back. The state knows they can't sell that to the taxpayers, they sold them on replacing the stadium, but even that pissed off lots of NYS residents. There was a less than zero chance they could sell taxpayers on an extra $billion. -
acid just enhances the Tua experience.
-
Make Tua the highest paid at his position !!! Tua is a solid QB but I wouldn't call him elite, but Miami should overpay...
-
this angle puts to rest any thought of it being a fake slide. Clearly a stutter step allowing his blockers to make a block.. then he turns on the jets!
-
Thats what it comes down to. Outside of the whole rape allegations he just does not have the experience to step onto a team in the playoffs.

turkey's done lights are on

yeah still $7 million dead money but it is a savings. They would have to use a chunck of what we do save to sign a solid TE to relace him.

Gabe is replaceable and can be improved upon. I can safely say I don't understand anyone's defense of Gabe Davis, a blocking WR thats considerd your #2 WR, who has a limited route tree, and has never caught 60% of his targets in any season, that is weak sauce, or as you called it...trash. Passed due to move on from. Knox is here for another 2 to 3 years, no way out of this till then.
-
NO, at best its a wash. Gabe gets a lot more targets but catches 54% on avg per season (thats horrible) but as WR he gets more YPC 16.7 avg Knox gets less targets and YPC but catches 64% of the passes with YPC 11.5 avg Both are replaceable but Gabe will be let go this offseason. I wouldn't even offer him a home discount deal
-
And it is well passed due. Go Bills! It's electric !!!!

I think Von assumed the QB had thrown the ball hence the push and not a tackle. Its the only thing I can come up with, as I beleive Von wanted to avoid a 15 yard penalty here.

I agree watched the play a few times it was clean all day. -
Shout out another “elite” HC like Mike Tomlin
ddaryl replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
He is not the answer. He is a place holder capable of keeping the team competitive while they continue to look for a bonafide starter IMO. Kinda like Geno Smith. Neither QB is carrying you to the SB but with a solid team they're in the discussion with what they do have -
you need to show us where Josh faked a slide. He was letting his blockers set up and then turned on the jets

Tomlin is a solid HC. If Pittsburgh doesn't re ante he won't be unemployed long IMO -
