If Allen can keep his head in check and stay on script instead of panicing when things don't go swimmingly then Allen is a HoF QB Allen has to maintain composure, thats his ultimate weakness. When he is composed and things are flowing as intended he is unbeatable. When he pressures himself and starts going off script that is when Allen makes his most mistakes.

It was good to see them play a solid game top to bottom. This game and the next against the Commanders should be solid wins where the team can tune up for the tough stretch. I honestly think they had something like this dialed up for the Jets, but the Jets defense is tougher than the Raider. When things didn't flow right, panic set in, and Allen went off script and couldn't dial it back in. I want to see them play similiar styled games against superior competition. Stay calm, stay cool, take the 1st downs and move the ball methodically. If the defense cheats up for the that game plan, expose them with the deeper throws.

Crazy thing this is exactly the flaws we saw last year as teams find ways to defend JA. A bunch of us were screaming to just move the chains and stop with the hero ball. Against the Jets he was exactly the QB he was at the ending of last year. For JA to be great and to stay on a HoF trajectory he has to learn the underneath game with consistency. How many games have we've seen where the BIlls come out early on offense trying to establish a short passing game only to see it quickly abandoned, and Josh revert back to hero ball. Thats what I just don't get from Josh's mental makeup.... He knows this by now but reverts.

Hollywood Josh. His offseason was busy filming commercials and dating supermodels I didn't like Dorsey's offense last year... it looks the same. Either Dorsey doesn't know how to draw up X's and O's that work to Josh's strengths or Josh doesn't have the ability to dissect a D quick enough to make those quick throwing decisions and waits for players to get open. Waiting for players to get open means Josh has to improvise a lot which is his strength. However the NFL knows this and will force Josh to play X and O football and spy him to take away the scambles bottom line I see all the same issues from last year

I'm in wait and see mode. I saw what last year turned into and how the year before that ended, so I am more concerned that usual for this seasons start.

Dolphins look impressive to me... You can say all you want about the chargers D.... but the Dolphins played really well to make the Chargers look like that

The issue with waiting till Voluntary Workouts to realize you need to lose weight, you are obviously not strength training nor are you getting cardio training in at a high enough level. Those calories would be made into muscle, and Cardio is always beneficial. Now that he is desperately trying to shed weight he doesn't have the benefit of the offseason to turn those calories into more lean muscle mass etc...

how does a multi million $$$$ player, at a premiere postition, let themselves goto ***** in the offseason. Then Offseason workouts start and he relilzes he needs to change his diet and get his fat ass into gear. How do you not see and feel yourself getting fatter and slower and then decide to make panic adjustments you need to make after the fact??? I definitely do not view Dawkins as well as I use to.... The offseason routine is part of the job...

Gabe's work ethic really has never been questioned, and that with him being a vet earns being a Captain

Good to great HC's are hard to come by.. Just look at the Bills 2 decades of ineptness. Only a handful seem to rise to the top. Many of those prove they can't repeat their success but ride it to a few more jobs. just like finding a franchise QB, which goes hand in hand with HC success most of the time

yes... I have concerns which can only be allieivated with watching them play and seeing how they perform against tough competition I'm also not pessimistic just the same.
