  1. Is the league going to look at Conti's helmet to helmet contact on woods great catch and did Marrone ever get a explanation why the refs picked up the offensive holding flag on the Bears?
  2. Cookie was the closest player to Jim Brown the AFL had. Bruising fullback with speed that could catch. He could kick if needed and also play linebacker. Lookie lookie here comes Cookie was the headline in the paper when the Bills signed him away from Toronto of the CFL. He meant a lot to those bills teams and belongs on the wall.
  3. I think he would have been very good in the slot. Reliable hands and fast. There was a time he was the fastest man on the team.
  4. Chandler could catch anything and was a decathlete.
  5. Haven't seen much about Jets QB situation. Do you watch espn or nfln? It's pretty much about Manziel and Jets QB stuff and Rex
  6. They are saying L.A. Might get the 2015 draft. That sucks! They should move it around among NFL cities. Possibly to some cities that will not get Super Bowls. Small markets or cold climates cities, Come on Goodell share the wealth and excitement. Imagine the draft in Buffalo or Cleveland, it would be exciting.
  7. The reason the Bills gave up long yardage on cut backs over the middle was not all the fault of the D line. The line backers got to fill those gaps. Ours didn't . Spikes in the middle will help a lot.
  8. I saw Philbin play for UB. He was very good. John Stofa was the QB I think. They played at Rotory Field at Main and Winspere. I think this was the team ranked # 1 in what called the small college poll. There was a running back Willie something that played for the Bills for a short time.
  9. I just saved 29, 30 mins. Of your life. It's how you look at it.
  10. Watched today for first time. I just wasted 30 mins of my life. Sully so negative especially about Steve Johnson.
  11. I would rather trade up for Clowney or Mack.
  12. Wow Doug Flutie Band, great reply. I think I misspelled Stofa . Thanks for the links and info. I agree about naaman, better than Hogan and Graham.
  13. The only one that I can think of that might have been was Gerry Philbin by the NY Jets. D End who was pretty good. Tom sofa QB Dolphins was late round or free agent.
  14. Steve is still the best wr on this team. He was banged up last year and still gave 100%. He does decent against Revis (pats). Unless we're going for Wakins or Evans I say keep him.
  15. I. Just upped my bid on EBay to 1.1 billion.
  16. The Ralph is still a great stadium. What would it cost to put a dome on it? A lot cheaper than a Billion $'s. I s this feasible ?
  17. I gave up on WGR years ago. They make me want to puke . Ever since Coach Dickerson. Do yourself a favor and get xm radio. Ross Tucker is decent on NFL Radio.
  18. Agreed Mack a first rounder and Oliver 6 or 7th. At 5' 8 205 he gets most of his yards between the tackles . He just gets through the smallest cracks somehow. He is also a decent blocker. He's worth at least at least a free agent try.
  19. You brought back many memories. I listen to the ticker tape games too. I even scored them like I was at the game. Mazer was great. Even at my young age then you knew he would end up in a big market. RIP
  20. With C.J. And Fred hobbled I don't think we can get outside. Lewis throws that pass in the flat pretty good but no blockers out there with him. Chan had a field day with that bubble screen. I think Levitre would pull on that play, maybe that's what's missing?
  21. I still think he can improve more. No training camp and only 3 starts. Did Jenkins get fined for that hit?
  22. Andy Reid will probably get coach of the year but Marrone deserves it to this point of the season. I think many fans feel good about this team but don't post on this board. I feel this team and coaching staff is building a winning attitude and will be a contender soon if not this year. Feeling goooood. Go Bills
  23. I should add they remind me of the 88,89 Bills with the exception of experience at QB.
  24. I think you could argue this either way. Bills are 7-0 or 0-7. So I guess 3 - 4 is middle of the road. Kudos to the Bills and coaching staff to achieve this with all the injuries and doing this with a rookie QB and a practice squad QB. I think there is nothing but up for this team. They remind me of the 88,89 Bills.
