  1. I'll be watching on channel 13 in Rochester. On local TV stations all across NYS.
  2. Hey, I agree. After David Hartman left, it was all down hill.
  3. So, I love the John Brown and Cole Beasley signings. I think it compliments our current WR's and I also feel it spells the end of Mr. Unreliable, Zay "Hands of Stone" Jones. But lest we forget our own version of DK Metcalf who is already signed, sealed and delivered.....Duke Williams. What say you?
  4. Which pick did you like the most? Thurman Thomas (value in relation to where he was picked) Which pick did you like the least? Mike Williams (never seemed to even try to live up to his hype/potential) Which draft picks will start this year? White, Milano, Dawkins, Edmunds, and many others Which late pick (post third round) has the best chance to start this year? Kyle Williams Which pick won't make the team? Prohel Will Josh Allen start at any point this upcoming season? Yes - Day 1 - Rack It! Were you satisfied with the Bill's draft? Depending on the year..yes
  5. First Mr. Trump, thanks for joining TSW. It's a great place to "banter". Second, the National Anthem is in no way a political song or otherwise political in any way, shape or form. The National Anthem is a tribute to those brave men and women who currently or have served and/or given their lives for the freedoms we have gained. One of those freedom's is the right to assemble, the right to bare arms, the right to speak freely and the right to protest. Let us not do away with the very foundation of what this country was founded on or what this country continues to fight for every moment, of every day across the globe. Go Bills and God Bless the United States of America!
  6. Keep it going..... Q: Who was the first Buffalo Bill to score a touchdown in a Super Bowl?
  7. Hey Bills Fan, Question: Why is it if the Bills do nothing, we suck and if the Bills make moves, we suck? Is the view from your parents basement that shallow? We have done what many of YOU have called for for years; clean house? Strip the ship and start anew. Now that we have taken steps to do just that, it's still not good enough. Maybe the Clearasil vapors are affecting your thought process, but I, for one, enjoy monitoring the steps to success MY team is taking to improve!
  8. Well then, that settles it! Sorry for suggesting otherwise.
  9. Let me start by sharing my condolences over the loss of Ron and Nicole and their families and friends! Now, should anyone like to study the facts leading up to the crime, during the trial and post verdict, please consider reading O.J. is Innocent and I can Prove it by William C. Dear. I, like many on this board and across the country never thought for a moment O.J. was not the killer of these two innocent victims. That said, for no other reason than reading pleasure, I dug into some long since and recently published evidence and as such, have no doubt that O.J. is not only innocent, the actual killer is named with more evidence than that which found O.J. justifiably "not guilty". I understand the sensitivity of this case, so many years later...however, read the book, you too might be shocked at what has finally been made public and why! PS - William C. Dear is a world renowned homicide investigator. For instance, he was appointed by the court to the exhumation of Lee Harvey Oswald. PPS - In my personal opinion, what he did on the field has nothing to do with what happened in his personal life.
  10. People, I've been a Bills fan for 35 years. Been through it all. The highs and lows. I, buy no means am trying to rain on anyone parade, however, WE WON ONE GAME! Trent Edwards lead us to five in a row. We were ready to buy SuperBowl Tickets (I know I was). Yes, we have improved our roster, coaching and execution by the initial look of it. But WE WON ONE GAME! We are going to play the Patriots Sunday. Home? Yes? Inspired? Yes? Motivated? Yes? Over zealous? Very! I love my Bills. I love Sundays. I loath the off season. I bleed Red, White and Blue. But, WE WON ONE GAME...............Pats 32.....Bills 21
  11. Losing Fred really touched me. I remember sitting in my office the day Jimbo retired. I remember feeling as if I'd lost an old friend. Fred's departure was similar. This feel was only magnified when I heard of his potential signing with Seattle. Now, this has nothing to do with the Seahawks. Rather, thinking of Fred in any another uniform is bothersome. Selfishly enough, I would much rather have heard that Fred had decided to retire. Do I think Fred's got some tread left on his tires? Yes, I believe he has another six to ten games left in him as a backup. Do I think Fred will bring to the Seahawks (or any other team he signs with) the same fire, passion, inspiriation and tenacity he brought to us? No, I do not. I believe as heavy as our hearts are, Fred's is equally as heavy. I believe whatever Fred's next move is, it will be purely for financial security and he will ride that train for as long as it chugs along. And I don't blame him one bit! Fred will sign a one day contract with Buffalo in February, 2016. He will return to the podium and announce his retirement from the NFL and during one of our eight home games next season, will take his place on the Wall of Fame at The Ralph. Tyrod Taylor - I see a little bit of Wilson, Vick, Flutie and Jeff George. Jeff George you say? Yes, Jeff George. Rarely have I seen a QB throw the ball with such little effort. The fluidity and ease with which George passed the ball was fun to watch (even if the rest of George was a nutjob). Tyrod seems to be one of those QB's who will find his comfort zone and find ways to accentuate his skill set. Roman will support this by game planning to Tyrod's strengths, not Sammy's or McCoys or anyone else. Tyrod will cement himself as a long standing starting QB for the Bills. The only concern I have is adding him to the long list of players on the "need to resign/extend" list. We finally have our QB. Bank on it.
  12. Remember James Hardy!
  13. 25 years 1 billion dollars 500 million gtd
  14. EJ Manuel is going to be an excellent NFL QB, represtantive of the Buffalo Bills and driving force in our return to respectibility! He learned this off season that he doesn't have to be the perfect QB. He shouldn't try to be CK, RW, DB, PM or any other "franchise QB". He only needs to be the best EJ he can. Excentuate his strengths, minimize his weaknesses and manage the clock, the cadence and the offense as a whole. Trent Dilfer proved effective working within this plan, allowing his defense to tempo the outcome of the game. EJ will develop and mature into a reliable, trustworthy field general. That's all we need from him.......consistantly, week in and week out!
  15. I share your concerns! I really can't tell if it's Hacket's conservative play calling or EJ's distrust in his downfield progressions. Either way, more often than not, I find myself scratching my head wondering why the constant checkdown's. What, exactly, do we have to lose by stretching the field? When it's 3 and 11 and we throw a two hard out, where is the value in that? Nonetheless, great game, great feeling going into work Monday and a great week by and large! Let's keep the foot on the gas and take it to the fish!
