I just read a blurb on Buffalo Rumblings from Trapasso; Gronk was so lost as a lead blocker they were using Clay as the "defacto lead blocker later in the game" ... Could be a reason why Clay didn't get many looks...

It's Ralph's curse, burn it all down and start from scratch...I have been saying that for a loooong time now. Good enough to be 8-8 and bad enough to be 7-9. Not true, the guy might already be an All-pro, on the cover of madden etc if he went to a team with a capable offense and QB... The other team had our QB for 4 years, as they said the game plan was to make him be a QB....

They are truly mastering the art of the Madden tank, but it is smart. It would be best trade some of their picks in this upcoming draft into the following year's; there won't be enough talent to rebuild that whole team in one year and their assets are a bit on the low side for future trades....
