  1. Hard to believe the Chargers had him and then moved on to Rivers...Lucky
  2. Only Sammy and one other WR are under contract for next year btw....
  3. ^^This. 12-9 Seattle. RBs will get us in FG range 3 or 4 times and that is all we get
  4. I'm expecting another horrid all-22 with open WRs and missed plays....
  5. Trading for or signing a backup (#2) QB to be your starter and have them you know, actually turn out to be good...
  6. Our OL is not that bad, the all 22 shows there are plays to be made and we leave them all over the field. Other QBS make plays with not great WRs, big difference is ball placement and not hanging them out to drive and requiring HOF skills to catch errant throws... Defense gets gassed because we are close to leading the league in 3 and outs. One could actually argue that we could be a really good D, if they aren't on the field the entire game. I know in the Phins game we gave them along first drive of the game, but at the end, they were gassed. NE game isn't worth talking about, Brady is Brady.. TT has not shown the ability to step up and win a game and he has had chances...sigh
  7. Colts problem is they have no offensive line and a pathetic D. Their GM might be one of the worst ever... Ravens are a team in transition with older and younger guys with not enough help at skill positions Chargers always have an offense, but can never field a defense. A shame really since Rivers is HOF great...
  8. We need to know whether to pay the man or not. Right now. I wouldn't and would spend half of his salary on Hoyer and save the money to bolster the WRs and deal up for a QB in 2018. I really want him to be the answer, but the accuracy issue is never ever correctable
  9. QB is our missing link. Not really a fan of poaching a #2 and trying to turn him into a #1. Rarely works... All you have to do is find a way to measure, accuracy, the ability to process information quickly (and correctly), and throwing with anticipation. Arm Strength is a tad over-hyped and height is to a degree
  10. It's all really simple - we still don't have a QB. TT is a QB that needs great players around him to cover his flaws; EJ as much as I like the guy was a huge reach in an awful class and he flat out sucks. If we didn't grab him, we could have went after Carr in 2014
  11. This is the game where your QB has to be 50/80 with 400 yards with a few TDs and INTs
  12. As long as it isn't a 1 or a 2, get this guy. Watkins, Smith, Clay, Shady isn't bad at all... Now if we could just throw the ball top these guys accurately....
  13. Yeah they probably would have..... if Brady was out again
  14. Reimersma (I forgot how to spell it) and accordingly a waste of money and talent.
  15. He would throw low to that guy; just because...
  16. I stuck this in Astro's thread, but it fits here too.. He is ranked above Stafford, Rivers, Luck, Carr, Dalton, Newton, and just under Brady, Ryan, Prescott, Rodgers, Brees and Ben. Really? That tells you all you need to know about that garbage ESPN stat...
  17. He is ranked above Stafford, Rivers, Luck, Carr, Dalton, Newton, and just under Brady, Ryan, Prescott, Rodgers, Brees and Ben. Really? That tells you all you need to know about that garbage ESPN stat... Btw not trying to be a jerk...
  18. Pretty much. I am surprised that every fan is not done with EJ yet...
  19. TT makes too much for a neutral player (won't win a game or lose a game for you). Can save $6 million when AW retires, Kyle at $8.3 million sticks out (with Washington taking his spot next year), as does Corey Graham at $5.4 million, and Clay at $9 million for what we use him for is a waste. It would be nice to dump these contracts, but then you have to fill all of the holes we create in the draft and in FA (overpaying most likely) - perpetual 8-8. We will only have 2 WRs under contract and we will need at least 1 Safety. I don't see an easy way to make this team better to win more games in the short term. How sad...
  20. I think most on here agree with Sal...so: Arrow Down Tyrod Taylor - passing I had to distinguish that this is specifically for him throwing the ball because he did some nice things escaping and running when needed to. But, one of the more inaccurate performances from Taylor in his career. In fact, in both of the the last two games Taylor completed just 50% of his passes (19-for-38 Sunday). Statistically, the lowest of his career as a starter. But, it wasn’t just about the stats against New England. He missed open receivers several times. He also put them in poor positions to gain yardage after the catch. There's no doubt Taylor and the Bills offense were working with a very limited WR group, and they virtually had no deep threat down field. However, Taylor still had opportunities to make plays with his arm that he simply failed to make. ...Frustration at quarterback that seems to be growing every week. Health issues that are now really catching up to them. The NFL trading deadline is Tuesday and you have to wonder if GM Doug Whaley won’t be trying to make a move to help for the second half.... http://www.wgr550.com/CAPACCIO-Bills-Patriots-Arrow-Up-Arrow-Down/22921489
