  4. Sorry, but with playoff football you need a QB who can make plays when the game is on the line and you either need to keep the chains moving or comeback and score; TT is not that guy. It has nothing to do with points scored, points per game or using him as a way to set up your run game. He doesn't make the plays to win those games for you; better off spending his salary elsewhere on the team...
  5. Hooker/Adams; if they are gone then Williams...
  6. Ah yes - The Legend of Tyrod Failure. A short story about a limited QB and a rabid fan base hoping to find a QB after 20 years. It takes place in the quaint city of Buffalo and follows the journey of QB Tyrod Taylor and his quest to be the best QB since Jim Kelly. After going through a series of ragtag quarterbacks of Todd Collins, AVP, Flutie, Johnson,Bledsoe, Holcomb, JP, Edwards, Brohm, Fitzy, Manuel, Lewis, Tuel, Orton and finally Meh Cassel; where does Tyrod fit in? Most likely behind Beldsoe and Flutie. Only in this old-world, playoff barren land would you find the locals disagreeing with their HOF QB's answer regarding the play of Tyrod's failures by call him a disgrace, a douche and have unsubstantiated claims of CTE. This of course is what this area has sadly become, for, so long not knowing or remembering what good quarterbacking looks like; they throw their hopes behind The Little Quarterback Who Couldn't and stay blissfully blind to the fact that he still isn't good enough and just want to sneak in the playoffs to get promptly blown out by much better teams... Edit: I couldn't help trolling
  7. Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora 2m2 minutes ago Hearing the Rams have some interest in former Bears/Saints assistant Aaron Kroemer for vacant OC job. Other options have been blocked
  8. He should have been tossed with Rex, but he is still here. Initially I figured this would be his prove it year; but the only way I see him getting canned is if he has a poor draft. He does well with pro-personnel so I don't see if hanging himself there and the only other way he gets dumped is if he doesn't get along with the new HC. Possibly if during the draft there is a disagreement between him and Monos and Monos outshines him in hindsight. I think moving on from TT would require the Pegs to be ok with that upfront as well; since it will most likely involve a step back and Rex brought us TT...

  12. http://buffalonews.com/2017/01/12/terry-pegula-accusations-bills-dysfunctional-consider-insult/ Buffalo Bills co-owner Terry Pegula will introduce new coach Sean McDermott on Friday afternoon and then step aside. Pegula will take no questions. Neither will his wife, Bills co-owner Kim Pegula. That's how they prefer it.
  13. A couple things: 1.) I purposely wrote it that way; the idea wasn't to be a dick or troll or overtly negative. 2.) Honestly though, with the schit storm we went through with the leaks (insert Trump joke here), firing Rex, Lynn's presser, Whaley's Presser, the disaster that followed it, and now hiring an HC - just because we hired another HC, does not make the other issues go away. Are these not somewhat relevant questions still? As of now, nothing is known about what McDermott's vision is and how he is going to run things; at least until the presser and then still not everything will be clear, which is fine btw; just a little hard to write about. Regardless, these articles are there because the underlying questions and concerns in the FO still exist; not every article should be a lets kiss everyone's asses... You can't hide from these questions - they are legit...
  14. So Sullivan is a hack, because he doesn't say anything good about anyone, TBN has an Axe to grind, being purposefully negative etc.? We (as fans) just can't take any negativity about the team and it seems those with the axe to grind are the fans who are unable to be critical of the team.... On the front page of TBD and not from Jerry: http://www.oleantimesherald.com/sports/will-mcdermott-function-without-whaley-meddling/article_c5004888-d880-11e6-916c-4723248d186b.html "Will McDermott function without Whaley meddling?" "But it’s how they handle that giant step to being in charge which ultimately decides their longevity. On Friday, the Bills will introduce McDermott in a press conference, but presumably general manager Doug Whaley, he of the disastrous meeting with the media 10 days ago, will be there. Questions for him will abound. Start with the fact he was supposed to lead the search, but on Wednesday it was made clear that owners Terry and Kim Pegula made the coaching choice. Has Whaley’s power been curtailed given the oppressive vocal disenchantment with his performance by the media and fan base? Were the embarrassing and disloyal leaks about the imminent firing of Rex Ryan as coach, widely attributed to Whaley or his staff, sufficient for ownership to say “enough”? What’s certain is that McDermott was one of the leading coordinator candidates for an NFL head-coaching job. Clearly he came into his second interview knowing that Whaley was strongly rumored to have not gotten along with Buffalo’s last two head coaches, Doug Marrone and Ryan. And he undoubtedly knew the Bills’ GM was desperately trying to hold onto his control of the 53-man roster as if it was the last life jacket on a burning raft."
  15. I wanted Coughlin as HC, not czar. I'm glad we did not get him as Czar; that being said: Please take Crossman, Please take Crossman
