  1. I have been agreeing too much with you today...Spot on dude
  2. If he was 2 inches taller, he would be the consensus #1 pick. It's amazing what 2 extra inches can get you and being 2 inches to small can do to you...
  3. I'm scared to death of him because of the accuracy issues - off the top of my head a team will always say it is coach-able and it is almost never fixed...The ultimate boom or bust prospect. Granted this is a new regime, but I don't see us drafting someone that would require this big of investment without scouting him at this point....
  4. It's all due diligence and to begin to put the plan together based on how the draft unfolds... I for one will be astounded if we don't trade up for a QB...
  5. Hey just posting what I saw on Twitter and a quick snap shot of info...This is the time of the year to not believe much of anything. We will know much more once FA starts...

This report comes amid a belief that the Jets may be willing to fully guarantee Cousins’ deal"
  7. Greg Gabriel‏ @greggabe 1m1 minute ago After the 1st week of FA the whole QB landscape in the draft draft could change. @SI_PeterKing in MMQB today said there is belief that Giants will pass on QB at 2. I don’t think Browns take a QB at 1. 9. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/report-gronk-considering-retirement-to-pursue-acting-career/ar-BBIOQod?li=BBnba9I "According to a report from Bill Burt of local Massachusetts newspaper The Eagle-Tribune, Gronkowski is thinking about giving up football to pursue a career in acting. Gronk has supposedly spoken with Hollywood legends Sylvester Stallone and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who told him they believe he could make millions if he starred in action films. Burt also reports that Gronkowski has told friends that injuries have taken a toll on him, which makes sense. "

  11. Gil Brandt‏Verified account @Gil_Brandt 2m2 minutes ago If my friend Chris Ballard wanted a coach recommendation from me, I'd tell him to hire Jim Schwartz. One of the smartest coaches I've ever met. Keep your head up, Chris, Lombardi wasn't Packers' first choice.
  12. My $$$ is on Dave Toub; who they should have hired in the first place...
  13. Waiting to see how he drafts, but I was really high on him as a GM candidate. I loved how he handled this... I have a feeling Indy will end up with a better HC actually...
  14. I wanted him and Toub here (but am happy with what we have now....)
  15. Capt. Andrew Luck‏ @CaptAndrewLuck 5m5 minutes ago Dearest mother — Time heals all wounds, including a slap to the face from a bamboozler. I have confidence the unit shall find a proper general, in time. Now, I must return to my sidearm drills. Hopeful. — Andrew
  16. He has had a right to feel pissed he was replaced with, well, JP Losman...
  17. The Cheats* all around might be the most classless organization there is....
  18. It really depends on what the vision for the offense is and what "system" they want to run; if there is a specific system, and how the QB they eventually want to draft fits into it, as does our pass blocking scheme and general strengths and weaknesses of the OLmen. No need to make this another TT thread, god knows there are only like 150+ of those. We all know that his strengths are much different than a pocket passer; etc...
  19. It would be great to move on from some of them, but there are just too many holes to fill with x amount of cap space and picks. I think they have to try to find the right balance if we trade or keep a Hughes based on what the trade value is. We could sure use a boat load of picks next year too...
  20. I edited btw... I am really looking forward to the start of the new year through training camp this year - this should gives us a much clearer picture as to where this team is going. Can't wait to see what happens on 3/16 with trades, cuts etc., FA, what the draft brings and how the roster is shaped after the draft....
