I still remember the posts in 2018 from his fans who thought he would do so well that we'd have a QB controversy when he led the team back to the playoffs and instead they saw him traded before the season started. https://www.cincyjungle.com/2023/9/23/23886788/aj-mccarron-bengals-alabama-football

Oh no, poor billionaires losing money.

How did you hear the movie? When I was a kid they used to have a box with the sound at your parking space that you put on the driver's side of the car. I don't know when they started using radio frequencies because I haven't been to a drive in theater in decades. -

I think it's 13 home TV games if you count ESPN & the NFL Network. My problem will be the Amazon & Peacock games. I usually go to OTB & watch it for free with my Allen jersey on, but I won't know until I go there tomorrow if the have the new Sunday Ticket, I'm assuming they do. They close at 7:30 so the Thursday games are out at OTB. So, for 2 games (3 because I'll be out of town for one of the 13 games on TV) it's not worth it to pay $ for what I can see (legally) for free. Things have definitely gotten tougher though the last few years. I used to be able to watch just about anything for free with no sign up a few years ago. All the cable shows & shows from GB & Canada. Then that site got shut down & it's been harder to watch streams more recently. It seems the only place there hasn't been a crackdown are the free porn sites. I guess that would rile up too many powerful people. -

The crackdown appears to be working. In 2020 I could find all the Bills games somewhere on the internet, it was the Covid year & I didn't want to go out & watch them in a crowded place. Last year I could find all the Thursday night Amazon games available on sites with no sign up. This year I cannot find any anonymous sites with the Thursday night game. -
Worst coaching west of Chicago. I had it with Staley in 2021. I bet the over on the Chargers wins based on Herbert being in his 2nd season & I figured anyone would be an upgrade over Anthony Lynn. I tiered the bets so that if they won a certain number of games I'd break even & more games I'd win money. After a quick start where I was very confident that I'd win all the bets, I watched Staley make some wild decisions that cost the Chargers multiple games. I lost all but the bet with the lowest win total that was a push. Years later, Staley still has never learned to coach. I structured the bet similar to what I had done in 2019 with the Bills. After watching Josh as a rookie, I was confident that the Bills would win around 10 games & make the playoffs in his sophomore year because of improvements on the O-line & WRs. I tiered the bets to break even at 8-8, and win it all if they won 10 & made the playoffs. I cashed every future bet that year & had the same theory on Herbert's 2nd season. Herbert will win a lot of games once they get rid of Staley.

Maybe, but they were missing S. Barkley & A. Thomas. Best player & best lineman. Tough to have much offense with these 2 out. As long as they're out the Giants are in trouble. On a side note, I was listening to the Giants radio broadcast & they were criticizing the WRs for not going for balls in the air. On the play they were all over Hodgins for not going after a deflected ball that ended up being intercepted by the 49ers. Not a good reflection on the Giants coaches.

What a disaster the 2021 QB class has been after Trevor Lawrence went off the board at #1. The 1st round has 3 potential busts including Trey Lance who was jettisoned for a 4th & for SF he's officially a bust already. Mac Jones is JAG. The 3rd rounders & beyond are backups or practice squad players. No. 1: Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars No. 2: Zach Wilson, New York Jets No. 3: Trey Lance, San Francisco 49ers No. 11: Justin Fields, Chicago Bears No. 15: Mac Jones, New England Patriots No. 64: Kyle Trask, Tampa Bay Buccaneers No. 66: Kellen Mond, Minnesota Vikings No. 67: Davis Mills, Houston Texans No 133 Ian Book New Orleans No 218 Sam Ehlinger Indianapolis

Fan dies in stands after fight at Patriots game
Albany,n.y. replied to Bubba Gump's topic in The Stadium Wall
A better solution is never start a physical confrontation because you have no idea who he has as reinforcements. If some guy came over & grabbed me I'd hope someone with a better angle would come & knock the guy out. There's no such thing as mano y mano when the guy comes over & physically attacks another person no matter what the other guy said. -

Back in the late 1980s in the old stadium I had Patriot fans throwing beer cans at me. I yelled to security who could see what was going on & they ignored me. Now I guess it's what I yelled to security**, but they had no right to do nothing. I had to move away from the friends I went with to an all Bills fans section. **Full disclosure: I yelled "Security, they're throwing beer cans at me. If one of them hits me I'll sue your f'n stadium" -

The guy who died started the physical confrontation. Looks like what you're calling a sucker punch was an attempt to stop someone who was harming another person. The lawyers will sort it out, but I bet the guy who threw the punch will say he feared for the life of the person Mooney was assaulting. Video Kilmartin recorded shows Dale Mooney as he approaches a group of fans on the 300-level of the stadium. "He basically grabbed another fan," Kilmartin said. "They started tussling around for a few minutes. At one point, another fan walked over. He punched him ... and the man just went out. It was pretty hard to watch." -
TBD Survivor League Discussion thread...

I'm in a pool with 379 entries. We've already lost 147 after 2 weeks. I have 2 entries. Week 1 I picked Jacksonville & Baltimore. Week 2 Bills & Dallas. This week I'm on SF & KC but it looks like a lot of games that look 1 sided, so I don't think we'll lose many entries this week. -
OT: will that FG block by the Pats fundamentally change kicks?

He's 71. He's never going to coach another team. -
I put the vomit emogi up because I almost did when I watched it.

You can tell who bet the Browns by the demands for PI
-
No PI when it's that far out of bounds. Go look up what an uncatchable ball is and get back to us.
-
Uncatchable, far out of bounds. If he catches it it's incomplete.
-
Watson throws it out of bounds and Watson wants PI.

The commercial isn't How I Met Your Mother.

I expect Jason Whitlock to say Burrow isn't working hard enough and Ja'Marr Chase is tired of his laziness and that Burrow needs a good strip joint to go to.

Raiders at Bills 1990 AFC Championship Game
Albany,n.y. replied to Buffalo03's topic in The Stadium Wall
Some fan had a sign that was hung over the 1st row railing either in the club level or upper deck that said "Bo knows the Raiders suck". Security made them remove it before the start of the game.
