  1. Matt Cassel. If they're trying out Peterman it's for a practice squad spot and if he shows enough, letting him compete for a roster spot in 2019.
  2. I turned on the radio the second they switched the game off, but that's because I lived in the NYC area & could tune in the Jets radio station. Where was it on radio outside of NYC & Oakland? I know WABC traveled pretty far, and I could get it in in Buffalo at night as well as many parts of the east coast, did you also tune in to WABC?
  3. I've had 2 mice episodes. The 1st one was when I came home one day & noticed my oatmeal packets had been emptied out. I put glue traps in the kitchen cabinet along with plastic snap traps with peanut butter on them. I ended up executing 6 mice total. The 1st one appeared a little after I set the traps. I opened up the cabinet and the mouse was staring at me eye to eye. I panicked, got some oven mitts on and then made a glue trap sandwich of it, suffocating the mouse. Some of the others died in the snap traps, some got stuck in the glue after the 1st one and I ended up killing them by using the snap tracks to strangle them. I always killed them with oven mitts on so they couldn't scratch or bite me. The strangest one was one night I heard a banging noise coming from the kitchen. When I opened the cabinet I saw a mouse stuck in a glue trap with a snap trap on its ear. It kept moving its head trying to shake off the snap trap and was banging either from that or hitting the trap with other traps. I ended up putting on the mitts, taking the trap off its ear & strangling it with the trap. The 2nd incident was hands off. I set a bunch of glue traps in a circle in my attic with peanut butter in the middle on another glue trap. I also put the poison food up there & didn't return for a couple of months. I ended up finding 2 in the glue traps, long dead (neither smelled). Both had dragged the traps about 2-3 feet. One of them had its front legs on 1 trap & its back legs on another. It must have really struggled trying to get out of the traps. I don't know if any ate the poison food, left & died elsewhere, I hope this post doesn't get the local PETA groups outside my house protesting.
  4. If Josh Allen sacks Josh Allen, will it destroy the space time continuum?
  5. I believe McDermott will be coach of the year-in 2019.
  6. The problem with keeping Tyrod was that it's not good management to spend $16 million on a bridge unless you have a championship caliber team that you think can win in the bridge year. The Bills were up against the cap, in a rebuild, and could not afford the luxury of a $16 million bridge. I think if Cleveland had to do it all over again, they would not be paying Tyrod all that money to sit on the bench after a total of 3 bridge games. They could have played Drew Stanton before Mayfield came in and saved a ton of $.
  7. I got fired at 25 from the career I finally wanted to work at a year and a quarter into my career. It was devastating & depressed and I even spent a few months living in my parents' basement-literally. I imagine some of these players get really depressed and will spend months feeling bad & lost like I was at that age. Eventually, they either try again or look for another career. It must be really devastating to the guys who didn't come close to graduating from college & have no skills other than football. The worst cases end up lost for years and end up dying young like James Hardy.
  8. I'm not thinking playoffs because they don't deserve it & won't get in. What I want is to win as many games as possible with Allen looking so good at QB that free agents want to join an up & coming team. The younger people around here don't recall the days when players wanted to play for the Bills because they wanted to play for a winner. We used to get premium free agents wanting to play with Kelly & company.
  9. There's a good chance that he will work out and all you skeptics will have to shut your traps. I'm tired of all the clowns who think they're better at scouting than the Bills scouts & management who by all indications had a great 2018 draft. If you think you're that good at selecting players, put together a resume that an NFL team will look at and go work in the league. Otherwise, show some faith in the current management and give their picks a chance. They got the job because their qualifications are better than your qualifications-deal with it.
  10. Victor Kiam has been dead for 17 years. I think Harbaugh doesn't want anything to do with co-existing with him. ?
  11. The people who want Barkley are either the same ones who wanted Reich to start in 1989 after Kelly was ready to return or if they're too young to remember 1989 are descendants of people who wanted Reich over Kelly in 1989.
  12. Beane is a genius drafting this guy. It's looking like Beane's 2018 draft is setting this team up for a Super Bowl run. (This is for all the clowns wanting to fire everyone)
  13. There are plenty of teams that are in big trouble if their starting QB goes down because there just aren't enough decent QBs to serve as backups. Take a look at the QB depth charts around the league before saying Bills management is clueless. https://www.ourlads.com/nfldepthcharts/depthchartpos/QB
  14. How many times have the Bills drafted a top 10 QB? Try ZERO. They have no track record when it comes to top 10 QBs.
  15. The Bills were thinking that their starting QB had 2 horrible games & they needed to shake things up, so they went to their backup. When you blast them for starting a 5th rounder, you seem to forget that Tyrod was a 6th rounder who beat out a former 1st rounder to get the job. I've never though much of Peterman but what else were they supposed to do? Last year they only had 2 QBs and jack of all trades Joe Webb, this year they signed AJ who STB in camp & didn't want to be a backup. The Bills get blasted for starting Peterman, but SF starts an undrafted free agent who has never taken a snap before & all of a sudden because he lit it up against the worst team in the NFL, they're geniuses. You need to conquer your fears. Be brave.
  16. I can't wait for Josh Allen to shut you up with a great career. Your act of criticizing Allen & the Bills for taking him wore thin 10,000 posts ago.
  17. Since he doesn't know the offense & neither will be here next year, yes, Barkley goes before Peterman. Your question is sort of like: Which should I take out of the refrigerator & throw out 1st, the rotten eggs or the spoiled milk? Does it really matter? November 18th.
  18. I expect Barkley to get cut if Anderson is ready & especially if Allen starts to throw by the end of the week. Barkley was only brought here as a body to have a backup QB.
  19. The goal is to win the Super Bowl, not to be the last playoff team & exit after the 1st wild card game. The team had no chance of becoming a Super Bowl contender as it was constituted. Management is tearing it down in hopes of building that champion. If you like 7 -10 wins a season, then there was no need for a rebuild. I like their plan better, championship or bust. This season is the bust, but I'm willing to give them the time to see if they're right.
