    I am always leary of any one person who crusades so hard against another group of people. It usually is covering up some short fall in the person who is shouting down the other group. How many times have we seen religious people who rant against gays, turn out to be gay themselves, or are using under age hookers or some crazy crap.

    Go to the Embarcadaro downtown, tall sailing ships, submarines, the Midway. Old town if you like early California history. San Diego was the birthplace of California. Wine tasting in the Ramona area. Wild Animal Park, Sea World, La Jolla is gorgeous and great restaurants. Tijuana if you want to experience Mexico. Tell me what you like and I can give you some suggestions.

    The Blue Angels air show has been cancelled at Miramar this year. Lots of people will be disappointed. Myself, I am not disappointed at all, they only freak out my dogs for 3 days during the shows.

    I actually like that part of the drive through central Cali. Put on your cruise control, tie the steering wheel in a fixed straight position, take a nap, enjoy looking at the farmland. Nothing but grapes for two hours on either side of the road is impressive. I'm putting in 3 acres of grapes next week so I appreciate the farmland stuff.
