    Yes about the taxes. If I move to St. Catherines I will pay higher taxes than NYS. But I get free medical coverage. I'm going to be semi retired so not a lot of commuting. I do prefer urban settings. I get two parking spaces so parking not an issue at the loft/condo. Good stuff Plez

    Divorce is forcing sale of my house and ranch and I cant afford San Diego anymore. I dont want to be house poor. Plus all my family lives in the area. I can help take care of my aging parents.     I'm looking at buying a condo downtown Buffalo vs. in the burbs or maybe even ST. Catherines. Looking for any feedback on things I might not have taken into account. Thanks for any feedback in advance.

    I have att uverse, and they going to buy directv in the future. I'm going to stick with att and see what happens. I cancelled directv a year ago and bought nfl rewind to watch the games if they won. I'm going to move to Buffalo this year and get seasons tickets. So i'll se the home games live, watch the away games on broadcast tv. att uverse basic package carries local channels.

    Yes it started with butter is bad for you and margarine was created. Now they say margarine is bad and butter is good. Same with eggs. I just go with what works and screw what the so called experts say who will eventually reverse their opinions later anyways.

    Don't they have a shoot off under those circumstances? One player only takes the puck and tries to score. If that player scores the other team has one chance to score and tie. It goes until one team scores and the other doesn't score on their one chance to tie. Or am I just confusing this with something else?
