    Personally I trust RW to make the correct call. It's his team and he has been doing this for what ? 40 years ? RW knows football operations and will adjust the staff as needed. I would expect TD to be fired, after that it is anybodies guess.

    I think we need a tweaker. We have a lot of good players. Just the OL and DL need to be improved before any other changes are made.

    Out of this group mentioned, I think Kubiak is the best fit for us. I wont mention the reasons why because others have already said them so well !

    LA doesn't want an NFL team and can't agree on where to put it even if someone would pay for the new stadium. The tax payers won't pay for a new stadium in LA. That is why no team is there now and probably won't be for a long time.

    He was scouting for the San Diego Chargers as recently as October 2004. I dont see his name on the Chargers website as being on staff. So maybe he retired this year ?

    As someone suggested. Other NFL owners would be a logical place to vent and get some advice. He has fired and fired alot of GM's over the years. He knows his stuff pretty well all by himself.

    Wow ! Words cannot express the awesome experience you had ! How and why did they roll out the red carpet for you ? Interesting insights about the axe falling in January for everyone in the front office. If MM looked that shaken he probably was just told he was thru !

    He is a good DC but a terrible head coach. he wouldn't come back anyways after having to sue RW for his salary from last time.

    I think JP's accuracy will improve when the OL improves. Right now he is hurried or being knocked down when throwing. No kidding your accuracy will suffer.

    I think we all agree with your thinking. We want TD and MM fired because they have failed to do exactly that. We want someone who values a quality OL and DL when it comes to draft time and FA signing time.

    This is quite possibly the stupidest assault on JP I have ever read. He has no O-Line to block for him. The #1 WR out of the game . His 1st year as a starter and you guys are ready to throw him under the bus ? Why don't you go find another sport to follow and complain about. Leave the Bills to fans with a few brain cells left.
