Good business decision by Willis. Fix it up a bit and your house can appraise higher with the more expensive sales on the street. Never buy the most expensive house on the street. It becomes harder to find comps when it's time to sell the house.

I think that Jauron is going to be more active on the def. side personally. That is why he hired a few assistants already without a DC. So the DC is going to be working closely with DJ. I think Fairchild will have a more free reign ont eh Offensive side. Having said that, I think he picks Ngata at the #8 spot in the first round.

I don't hate the Steelers. And yes the AFC being the better conference than the NFC is important to me.
