  1. Jp didn't have a bad game as much as the team couldn't do squat against that Balt. D. I thought he played great under the conditions.
  2. Not too shabby in a pair of jeans !
  3. Sheesh, seems pretty hard. Only a few easier teams, we better have a good off season if we want to win a few games next year.
  4. No playoofs until we can stop on third and long ! Which we haven't done in 10 years !
  5. I like our tackles as well. Not completely sold on Fowler just yet. Does he seem to get bullrushed at times ? Bad technique or still undersized ?
  6. I think Ali is the greatest. the judge of a true professional is how easy you make it look. Ali made it look easy because he was that good. Toying with the best of his peers.
  7. yes actually it does help. Corporations actually do pay attention to feedback. it may be slow in coming but it will eventually happen.
  8. I like Turner on that list but I would keep Willis as well. Turner would make a great change up runner, not to mention that 3rd and short power back. Does he pick up the blitz very well ? Don't forget about Willis, this year he really excelled at picking up the blitz ! It was critical development this year that contributed to JP's development.
  9. Well I did go to CBS . com and posted an email comment about the CBS TV broadcast. I suggest everyone else does as well.
  10. I agree, we need a hybrid of the cover two. We need widebodies on running plays and pass rushers on passing downs. The Warren Sapp's of the world are hard to come by.
  11. mickey mouse. Are they a national network or what ? They need to start broadcasting like one !
  12. Good points ! I agree with all of them.
  13. I also would like to see A-Train get the ball more on Third and short.
  14. People need to relax. If that gets someone riled up they have too much starch in their underwear.
  15. I agree the OL could improve, but we need to call runs more on third and short as well.
  16. If you don't like the way I made my points, see the other thread called playcalling, maybe it's stated in a way more agreeable to you.
  17. The joke meter is on the fritz heh ?
  18. I agree the defense gave up the run, but I am focusing on the offense in this thread. Trying to get it from 85% to 100%.
  19. Oh my ! You mean the playcalling can improve ? God forbid someone says such an idea ! by the way I agree ! But when I say it I am attacked for heresy !
  20. I love the spell checker ! What was the security update ? Very cool ! I like it !
  21. I agree with alot of your points, the one about not getting the 3rd and shorts is not using the A-Train correctly. On 3rd and short use a power runner like A-Train or someone we draft for that prupose. Assuming we have an OC that can that can think about more than just one RB in the backfield.
  22. But Tripplet is a vet who's supposed to know this scheme ? Unless your being sarcastic ?
  23. I agree as does many others around here.
  24. I'll talk with you as long as you remain talking about it and don't start name calling over the whole thing. Many people besides myself have said the playcalling gets really bad when the game is on the line. Bad playcalling also includes clock management. I agree Fairchild is an improvement over the last 5 OC's or so but he still has room for improvment. he is maybe 85% there, but we need 100% efficiency. he is calling throwing plays stopping the clock when we need to run and eat up the clock, 2nd last series just before the half is an example. 3rd down just before the infamous 4th down debacle at the end of the game should have been a running down as well. It would have eaten clock and got the ball closer to maybe make the field goal. Bizarre fake field goals earlier in the season, he goes Mularky on us at times during a game and costs us critical mistakes. Also run JP more like Vince Young. It stuff like that , that leaves me wanting more from our OC. We need 100% efficiency. Not 85%
