You can configure how much bandwidth each vonage line uses. The default is the highest, I turned it down to the lowest setting. It still sounds great at the lowest setting.

I would recommend it. Get a duplex or mult-unit apartment bldg. Many tax advantages, if you don't like the hands on experience of tenants (Many problems) , I recommend you hire a property manager to handle it for you. In the long run, it's better that way anyways. Buy low, sell high !

I do drive alot. I average about 1500 to 2000 miles a month. My wife not as much driving but her SUV gets bad gas mileage. Knock on wood, it's a 2000 Expedition and runs good so far, but with gas so high and the vehicle is getting older, it's time to start thinking of a replacement.

Also I drive about 2000 miles a month. I should get an elec. car as well.

Ya, I pay $4.00 a gallon, my wife spends about $500 a month on gas and around $300 to $500 a month on the elec. bill. So the savings per month would average $800 to $1000 a month.

I'm thinking of getting an electric car for my wife. Put in a solar system on my house that can run my entire house with using no elec. in fact spin the meter backwards and sell the excess electricity back to the elec. company. Now I can charge my wife's car for free from the solar system. That should save me about $1000 a month. The system pays itself back in 12 to 15 months. Any recommendations on elec. cars ?
