    We don't know that? The lawyer did meet and talk with, yes we know that. What we don't know is what they talked about. I'm guessing the lawyer was being flippant saying you have nothing on my client why are you bugging him? etc. etc.,

    Sneaking a bottle into a sporting event or concert is not the same as sneaking a bottle into a bar. For the record, I don't sneak a bottle into anything. I just take my lumps and pay the retail price. I'm getting too old for the embarrassment of being escorted out the place for such a small thing.

    Nobody is being holier than thou, it is the law to not drink and drive, if you hit someone whether DUI or not, the human thing to do is to stop and help, not take off. If you would take off then you are a spineless less than human creep dirtbag. In anyone's books. Everyone gets bombed from time to time, if you do then take a cab or get a designated driver, it's not that hard.

    That should be changed. I would change it to be a felony and 10 year mandatory prison sentence for leaving the scene of an accident when a person has been injured.

    This incident really is not a big deal, but he is handling it badly and making it bigger than it needs to be. He should have made a statement and it would have been forgotten by now.

    Not all lawyer advice is good advice. ML is getting bad advice. I hope they make leaving the scene of an accident where a person has been injured a felony with a mandatory 10 years in prison.

    I tried to make the same point earlier and was soundly drubbed for it. Some people agreed with me but I'm amazed at the lack of moral fiber by some people here.

    He wouldn't be sitting in jail, it was misdemeanor at best. Now by causing the police to get a grand jury, people may be doing some time. Real smart advice by his lawyer.

    A ticket is no big deal. A grand jury investigation is a big deal. If ML gave an explanation this would be over by now. Not all lawyers are good. This one sounds like a real ass, ML needs a new one.

    Was that filmed at Fort Erie ? It looked a lot like the clubhouse side of the track closest to the railroad tracks? Can anyone confirm that? I didn't see the end to catch the credits.

    Sorry to hear that John. Brought back memories of a german shepard I had named Samson as well. We trained him with a professional trainer and was a pretty amazing dog. Unfortunately he got hit by a car. Man I loved that dog.

    I'm glad I got a cell phone for myself and the family. Now we can stay in touch and I don't have to worry about funding my retirement !
