They were still blitzing in the 4th qtr. We just got better at picking up the blitz and making them pay for it.

How does it give you a chance at an extra possession ? I'm a little fuzzy on that logic. I did hear some announcer in last weeks games say that every coach in the NFL will defer to the second half. I didn't catch the explanation, but there must be some advantage.

I think TE has all the makings of being a top flight QB. Time will tell if he evolves into a HOF QB. A few days ago I turned on ESPN on XMRadio channel 140 and TE was being interviewed. I just caught the last 15 seconds. Did anybody else hear that interview?

I heard that Green Bay does this, San Diego has this policy as well.

I assume they don't because TE was just standing there and didn't move! The DL just swatted TE's arm and tackled him down with TE not moving. It seemed like Jason Peters and the left guard didn't warn TE at all. I was hoping someone knew the answer to this question.

I agree and mentioned that as well earlier. The first half was very difficult for both QB's. The second half it stopped raining and his completion percetage went thru the roof.

Take either Pittsburgh or the Patriots. Either team will win handily.

Don't forget that the rain was a factor as well. Once the rain stopped and TE got the rust off they looked much better. Hopefully no rain in J-Ville so we can gauge it better.
