    We dont have to be privy to the specifics. The coaches see what we see, it's their job to correct any problems. If the problems are not being corrected it is bad coaching.

    The talent scouts and FO have killed this team. How many 1st round picks and high round picks havebeen duds? If we had made better selections like Ngata, Mangold etc., we would be alot team better now.

    The real problem is the FO and talent scouts. Our misfires in drafting for the last ten years has left this team bankrupt talent wise.

    Good points, but it becomes bad PR to keep a loser around, name an interim coach now and hire a new coach after the season. Actually if you name Bobby April the Interim HC, you get to see if he can do the job. A free look in other words.
