  1. looks like 11 and 5 to me!
  2. George has to go. 49 points today? I'm surprized the announcement hasn't already been made. It should be done by tomorrow at the latest.
  3. I tend to agree. With better players Chan's play calling probably would be back to Megamind status.
  4. Sounds good to me.
  5. I really like Ryan Fitzpatrick but after seeing him for the whole season now, He is not going to take us to the playoffs. We need a QB that can throw a depp ball accurately. He just has no touch on the ball past 10 to 15 yards. We need a new QB, keep Ryan as a backup. Maybe get that Flynn guy from Green Bay.
  6. Dan Henning loved two TE power running formations. He got ran out of town. Now he is desirable?
  7. We need a stud DE or DT with this years 1st round pick. If we had any pass rush whatsoever we wouldn't need CB's to cover for 1 minute in the back field.
  8. Good thing the father lasted long enough to explain what happened to the police. My first thought was the husband did it and made it look like the wife did it.
  9. Hairy bikers did a show on road kill. Looked pretty good actually.
  10. We just send the message back to Ralphie, "Patience Ralphie, I'll buy tickets when the team doesn't suck!"
  11. Of course he gets an extension.
  12. If the Pats play all of their 3rd stringers, it will be a beat down.
  13. Yank him to put in who? Thigpen would suck even worse.
  14. Drafting 5 running backs in the first round is what has set this franchise back. If we had stuck with McGahee, other first round picks could have been used on the DL and OL. But no, we have the revolving door of 1st round RB's.
  15. Probably changing the stationary letter head to be more aggressive.
  16. This crap logic has been driving me crazy all year. If you need ten yards for 1st down, run at least an 11 yard pattern.
  17. It will be interesting to see with the new CBA agreement where they are forced to spend closer to the cap. Not sure of the details but it does go up and up.
  18. This is a very tough question to answer. Because to a large extent the problem is not Gailey, but injuries and questionable personnel moves by Nix. It was a mistake to think Merriman could handle the return back without a really good plan B option if he didn't work out. This defense is void of good LB's (Except Nick Barnnet) and the corners are average at best. We have no pass rushers to speak of. This defense needs two good drafts and at least four FA's to shore up this defense. What I do lay at Gaileys feet is the lack of adjustments offense wise. I dont see any new wrinkles at all. The offense is predictable and defenses now know how to shut it down. This is partly due to injuries. So unless you fire Nix and Gailey and have great replacements lined up, we might as well let these guys try to work it out and wait for a new owner to clean house. In the mean time, cancel press conferences and put up a sign saying we are working on it.
  19. I saw Rep. Bob Filner on the news yesterday talking about the Chargers new stadium issue. I'm not sure how much influence he has, but his opinion was that if the Chargers want the City of San Diego to pay for a 1 billion dollar stadium , they want part ownership of the team. The newscaster said the NFL doesn't do that anymore, he said everything is negotiatable.
  20. admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery.
  21. That's a good idea. I hate when jurors are all pissy because they got lied too or voted off. Sorry that's the game you signed up for and you probably lied to a few people yourself. Edna was correct in her admonishment to the jury.
