    I know dealership deals are great right now. My credit sucks so I was trying to buy a used truck for my son, the most I could afford was around $17K because the interest rates were around 19%. I ended up getting a brand new Toyota Tundra, 0% interest and the payment was exactly the same as a 6 year old used truck. It was a no brainer decision.

    You should be able to host the finished product for about $5 a month. But it is going to take at least $500 to $1000 to have a design firm make you a website depending on bells and whistles needed and custom artwork.

    That depends, are you ready to have your website made and put on the web? Can you do the website stuff yourself or do you have to hire someone? Do you have the money to move ahead now? Are you just trying to save the name for future development?

    My Uncle in Law died years later from the same thing. Somehow his intestines got all tangled up and had to be removed. It was terrible seeing him on a feeding tube for years. He was Italian and loved to cook before that accident. Cruel and unusual punishment if you ask me.

    I always look in my side mirror before opening the door just in case. But what if someone opens the door not expecting the cyclist to be right there and boom! I'm thinking the cyclist is at fault but I wonder what the law says?

    I have a new twist on this thread. I was parked on a busy street the other day. Bicyclist is whizzing down the road just inches off the edge of the parked cars. I almost opened my door and the cyclist would have either hit my opened door or veered out into traffic and maybe hit there. Who is at fault?

    Thanks for the info. I will PM you later on when I get closer to making the leap on buying a farm and cows. I would contact a lawyer to argue your business loss. I am involved now in a lawsuit where lost revenue is part of the claim. You have to have a lawyer to argue this in court, meaning you have to sue whoever over this point and you will get paid eventually.

    I had the same experience with my daughters Toyota. A used one was only 1 to 2 thousand dollars cheaper than a new one. So I got a new one. Why take a chance.
