Leh-nerd I appreciate your gentle message. The pendulum of politics continues to swing back and forth and is headed right for the next few years. Each election seems to be a reaction to the last election. It’s fine if you need more time to think about it, but I would think that after suffering through Biden the past 4 years you would have a to-do list at the top of your mind. There must be something on my list that gives you a warm feeling and puts a smile on your face 😊. This is a safe space here to share your ideas. No one will report you to Trump if you are worried about talking about policy direction before he announces it.

My concern is that our allies will stop sharing their intelligence with us due to the risk of that information being shared with Putin. No one will want to risk their intelligence assets being compromised since they can’t trust Trump. That makes us more vulnerable to terrorist attacks like 9-11.

This is mostly a Trump poster board here, so I am interested to know what your top three or four policy changes are that you want him to do. When he speaks, he is all over the map, so what does MAGA want him to do? Who goes - just the criminals or grandma too? How does this work? Fair point there re Trump voters vs MAGA. You are right about that. I know a lot of people who don’t like either choice and are leaning one way or the other for whatever reason.

Cheney, he pretends to do a B-job on a microphone, he had speakers making racist comments at the MSG rally, he calls our nation a garbage can, he claims the threats from fellow Americans are more dangerous to our nation than the actions of Russia or China and he would use the military against the people. MAGA is fine with all this insanity. Meanwhile old Joe says garbage and Hilary says deplorable 8 yrs ago and they are hurt so much their self esteem is crushed. As far as media goes, there is plenty of right wing stuff out there including the most influential platform of X being run by a Trump surrogate. You all can watch the same story on Fox repeated 24 hrs a day about how evil libs are. Anyone can find any media outlet to suit their tastes. This is political stupidity. He is in New York campaigning for Brandon Williams representative of Syracuse area. The Chips Act is what brought Micron to Syracuse. When Micron is built out, it will be a gigantic chip manufacturing center providing thousands of jobs. He announces he wants to cancel it. I’m sure Brandon Williams appreciates his honesty.

The language Trump uses reflects his twisted, sick warped brain. It’s like when he says “Some people say Chris Christie is a sick fat pig, but I would never say that”. Just reinstate Roe and I’d be satisfied. What I know is that pregnancy and the medical issues that can develop are far too complex to be governed by idiot politicians. The assassination attempt was an obvious breakdown in security that never should have happened. Beyond that, I have no knowledge to form an opinion. Hopefully this issues have been corrected moving forward. So giving Trump all the benefit of a doubt, he is arguing that Cheney is a war monger because she has not served in combat. He is saying that if she understood what it is like if nine rifles are pointed to your head, she would be less of a hawk. So using this logic, old men should not be making laws ruling the bodies of young pregnant women since they have not experienced pregnancy. I guess I understand it now, right? Just another example of Trump needing others to explain what he is saying. The guy has as much problem communicating as Biden does.
