The confidence on the team has to be sky high now, esp with the way Josh is playing. They are hungry and finally mostly healthy. They Believe! Hopefully they can finish strong.

I noticed the same thing. Defense never had a chance to pressure him. It was very much like a Brady performance and the quick release was a big part of that.

In this game Allen was just calmly picking them apart, taking what they give in defense. It was very much like what Brady has done to us for years. I just thought to myself .... he’s is going to end up being a great one. We are in for one hell of a ride as Bills fans!

He was in complete control tonight. The doubters have been silenced in prime time. He is about to become a star outside of Buffalo!

We got a team ready for the stretch run to the finish line! Go BILLS!!!

This is the second video I have seen with Steve Young talking with/ about Josh. Despite their difference in size, with Josh being much bigger, he really seems to see a lot of his own game in the way Josh plays the position. He really enjoys seeing Josh develop. Good stuff!

Love the white but the video is a bit over the top for just changing the grill color.

They say the same thing about every coach until they win the SB. They said that about Reid for years, until he found Mahomes.

I think this team is building and getting better overall while playing much better teams than last year. The Bills have played more teams with winning records than any team in the league. They have 5 wins over those teams. The defense is rounding into form holding a very good Chargers offense down. They just need to keep on winning, however it gets done.

Klein has really turned it around. The coaches have definitely figured out his strengths and he has probably become more comfortable in the system. Why does it have to be either/or, why not keep both?

The still photo of the play is really misleading. I finally watched the video replay again. I maintain theres no way Hopkins makes that catch if Poyer doesn’t blast White out of there. Poyer didn’t even touch Hopkins. If Tre was left alone, he breaks that up as an incomplete pass.

I think Josh will continue to improve in the mental and throwing mechanics of his game. He clearly has a Never ending improvement mentality. That is what has allowed him to improve and prove the doubters wrong. He is super competitive and knows he is just starting to learn how to play the position. He is not satisfied. All of which, as a fan, I love.

The defense was fine. Tre was in perfect position. Hop caught the ball and would have had to bring it down over Tres body....then Poyer comes crashing in, blasting White out of position and Hop makes the catch uncontested. Sad to say, but we lost due to friendly fire. Definitely a fluke play.

Def would have been a big gainer. He would have had another big play, if not for Knox penalty. He does seem off this year though, compared to last year. Hope the bye week helps.

White was in position to dislodge the ball after the catch but Poyer collided with him and prevented him from doin it.

Bass was a real bright spot in this game. What a weapon he can be to hit kicks at those ranges. And they weren’t even close on distance.

Ok, out of curiosity I looked up the combine stats Hopkins vs White. Hopkins: wingspan 80”, vertical leap 36”, height 73” White: wingspan 76”, vertical leap 32”, height 71” Advantage Hopkins

Hops hands were highest. That’s it unfortunately....

That is just plain awesome! We are so blessed that he his our QB.

I’ve been amazed at the progress Allen has shown this year. A lot of it is the development from Allen and part of it is the improved team around him. The one area where I am still looking to see development from him is the ability to excel in the crappy weather conditions that will be coming. To be the perfect QB for Buffalo, I want a guy who loves playing in cold, snow, sleet, etc because he knows how to perform in those conditions and he knows he has an advantage over teams from milder climates. Kelley could do that. I think Josh can too, he just need to show it. The same goes for the other players on this team.

Time to break the 3rd Q curse!
