I also think Randall Cunningham belongs near the top of the list along with Elway. Randall was an incredible athlete but in that era, Buddy Ryan wanted to use him as a running QB. Josh has a better developed arm talent but this is the era of passing offense. If you are too young to remember Cunningham, look up some video highlights of him. Hard to say who was most athletic but I don’t think anyone has been measurably more athletic than Josh considering arm talent, size and legs.

There’s all the obvious ones but don’t forget the O line. Josh had a lot of time today. Hard to pick just a few since the entire team is dialed in now.

It feels like this team is on a mission to hold the trophy this year. They know they are good and they are out to prove it. The confidence of Allen and Diggs has infected the entire team. They remember last year and want to erase that bitter taste in their mouths. They don’t care who is in the way. They don’t care about previous teams failures. This is their time. They will not be stopped. What a joy to watch.

This is the night in Foxboro we have dreamed about. Thank you Allen and Diggs!

Daboll’s role has been to train the brain. He is teaching Josh how to read defenses as well as designing an offense to use his skill set. Palmer has worked on the mechanics.

Whether Josh is 1, 2 or 3 doesn’t really matter. I don’t think he is anywhere below 3 in the league. The only thing I care about is if he is good enough to win a SB. On that measure, I think it is a definite yes. Now the next question is - when?

Thanks for the great read. With Diggs being 25, we should get to see many more years of his great plays. I love the confidence he brings to the whole offense. Him, Beas and Brown are an incredible threesome. What an amazing change from the years of the no name receivers.

I saw the same thing. No mention of it on broadcast. It was obvious that Josh went past the marker on his run.

Diggs has given this team confidence that they can move the ball against this defense.

It’s a fun idea but that’s all it is. Bisons are huge bad ass beasts. They may look docile standing in a field but when they decide to move, they can pretty much do whatever they want and are not easily controlled, and that’s how they should be. University of Colorado runs a small bison on the field with leashes attached to a herd of athletes running as fast as they can to keep up with it and control it. To me it just looks stupid, showing mans control over the wild animal. One mistake, and someone is getting seriously injured. I’d rather the team use video of real bison in nature on the big screen instead of trying to bring one into a stadium of screaming fans.

The confidence on the team has to be sky high now, esp with the way Josh is playing. They are hungry and finally mostly healthy. They Believe! Hopefully they can finish strong.

I noticed the same thing. Defense never had a chance to pressure him. It was very much like a Brady performance and the quick release was a big part of that.

In this game Allen was just calmly picking them apart, taking what they give in defense. It was very much like what Brady has done to us for years. I just thought to myself .... he’s is going to end up being a great one. We are in for one hell of a ride as Bills fans!

He was in complete control tonight. The doubters have been silenced in prime time. He is about to become a star outside of Buffalo!

This is the second video I have seen with Steve Young talking with/ about Josh. Despite their difference in size, with Josh being much bigger, he really seems to see a lot of his own game in the way Josh plays the position. He really enjoys seeing Josh develop. Good stuff!

They say the same thing about every coach until they win the SB. They said that about Reid for years, until he found Mahomes.

I think this team is building and getting better overall while playing much better teams than last year. The Bills have played more teams with winning records than any team in the league. They have 5 wins over those teams. The defense is rounding into form holding a very good Chargers offense down. They just need to keep on winning, however it gets done.
