  1. This is the game they have been preparing for following the loss last year. I think it will be a great matchup and hopefully we come out on top.
  2. I’m just going to be happy watching them overpay free agents as they desperately try to fix their team to compete with the Bills. Go ahead and buy some more flops. All the while, being convinced that Mac is going to be the next great player. The tables have turned!
  3. I think this was as close to perfection as it could possibly get. Josh had the all time highest QBR in a playoff game. One to remember forever!
  4. So many Bills fans are smiling from above! My uncle and Tim Russert are thrilled. This is the team we have been waiting for! Go Bills!
  5. This was the game we all knew they could play if they put it all together. So nice to see it against Hoodie!
  6. Statistically, our offense has been fine. Fans always want more but whatever guy they bring in could well have a worse offense in terms of production. I’d rather keep Josh comfortable and in the same offensive system we have now than start all over. Consistency is a key to winning. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
  7. Priority 1: Building a display case to hold the Lombardi.
  8. Singletary all day and work the short pass game with him - then yes we have a run game.
  9. After watching the game today, I think a ranking of 5-7 is about right for Josh. He still has some work to do to improve his touch and trajectory on the different type of passes. What he lacks as a passer, he provides as a runner so it depends how one weighs all that to figure his ranking. He has improved alot, he just needs to continue to keep working at it.
  10. 2 games without a punt and he forgets how to do it.
  11. He’s a holder who punts.
  12. I loved the pick and was hoping it would be Allen. I figured nothing worked for the team before that so just go big and take the risk on him, even though he had a less than stellar college career. I knew if he panned out, he would be amazing and that has been proven true. I believe Josh was born to play for Buffalo. There isn’t another QB who better fits his team/ city than him. Sometimes you just have to wait for good things to happen.
  13. I accept that some tests are biased based upon the background and education that an individual has had. However, there must be some objective intelligence measuring test to evaluate an individuals ability to solve puzzles, problems, recognize patterns, etc. that would help NFL teams evaluate the mental ability of prospects. This seems most applicable to the quarterback position as so much of that job involves mental problem solving and correct decision making. If I was a GM and my future and the future of the organization depends on getting the QB draft pick right, I would want all the info I could get on a prospect.
  14. In my opinion, he was throwing the fastball too much for the conditions. He just needed to take 20% off his throws to make it easier on the receivers. I also don’t think he really respected the Falcons D. He was more cautious against NE last week and took the easy stuff or threw the ball away. Same for Daboll though calling those 2 trick plays in the 1st half.
  15. What QB rating accounts for his rushing TDs and penalizes all the QBs with 0 on that stat line? He didn’t have a great day, but if they passed for those TDs and had more of a passing offense in the 2nd half, his QBR would look much better. It’s just a number and an imperfect way to rate QBs.
  16. I’m thinking Giants. Keep him out of the AFC.
  17. Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet but I just saw a breakdown of Josh’s 4th down run by Orlavsky. He believed that was a called run for Singletary and at the line of scrimmage, Josh decided to do it himself on the bootleg. Reason being that Diggs was not blocking the DB. If the bootleg was the called play, Diggs would be blocking and Josh would have had a much easier run, needing to only beat 1 defender. Instead Diggs let’s the DB close on Josh. Josh took on the two defenders and beat both of them. That play was all Josh which makes it more amazing.
  18. Yesterdays run will be highlight reel favorite forever. Tough choice but I like the angry run vs Dallas better. Yesterday’s was a sweet one though.
  19. I think that may be the scenario this off season. McKenzies stock is rising. Beasley is declining. Then consider the off the field stuff…
  20. I’m all for keeping Beasley if he is a positive influence on the team and if it works financially. I trust Bean and Mc D as they know more than any of us.
  21. Just want to say that I loved the way Singletary was used as an outlet by Josh today. I think this, combined with zone runs off tackle are the style of offense that uses his strengths best. Get him in space where he can make defenders miss instead of running him up the middle. Those dump off passes to him gave some consistency to the offense to let them have time consuming drives down the field.
  22. I love Beasley for what he brings on the field. The guy is a warrior out there. But if he is blatantly breaking COVID rules off the field, that is definitely not what this team needs. He has to follow rules for 5 months to minimize infections on the team. How hard is that to do? To break the COVID rules is just selfish. Players need to be available to play. Nothing else matters.
  23. I saw this earlier. I have no issues with his personal choice, though I don’t like it, but he should be fined if he is blatantly ignoring the rules which are there to limit COVID issues on the team. If he is influencing others to not take maximum precautions to prevent infection, that is a huge problem.
  24. The Bills are just more dynamic as an offensive unit when he is on the field
