  1. Rush: Limelight Living on a lighted stage Approaches the unreal For those who think and feel In touch with some reality Beyond the gilded cage Cast in this unlikely role, Ill-equipped to act With insufficient tact One must put up barriers To keep oneself intact Living in the Limelight The universal dream For those who wish to seem Those who wish to be Must put aside the alienation Get on with the fascination The real relation The underlying theme Living in a fisheye lens Caught in the camera eye I have no heart to lie I can’t pretend a stranger Is a long-awaited friend All the world’s indeed a stage And we are merely players Performers and portrayers Each another’s audience Outside the gilded cage
  2. His supporters should just give him their credit card number for recurring automatic monthly donations. That is the truest sign of their devotion to him. The Donald will love you for it.
  3. Yea, like everyone inside the Capital was forced to wear a mask that day but not her. No wonder people were mad.
  4. I feel so thankful for Allen and our offense. Watching horrible offense stinks. All the Bears had to do was pull offensive linemen and run Fields to the corner to score. Fail.
  5. Gibson > Moss.
  6. So what’s next? Since this is the last presentation by the J6 committee, is this the end of it? Personally, I think Trump will ignore the subpoena with no consequences. It doesn’t look like DOJ has the will to do anything, so I think this ugly chapter in our history is over, except for the prosecutions of the Trumpers who entered the Capital. Like it or not, the J6 committee results will define the events of that day for the history books used in school. People can complain that the participants were all chosen by Pelosi, they can moan that there was no cross examination, but that still won’t change the history. History will remember Trump for his actions and inactions that day. Hopefully our nation and democracy can move forward.
  7. Looks like a smart way to communicate during a war. Better than Putin and his long table.
  8. Instead of showing replays of the same touchdown plays, they could actually show and explain the penalty on Raiders that extended the drive. What was that?
  9. I want to see a better replay of that holding call. Sounds like BS
  10. I remember when we couldn’t beat the Steelers backups to get into the playoffs.
  11. I think the call was right, but fumble before the sack.
  12. Love it! That came out really nice.
  13. I would suggest how many game minutes an otherwise healthy starting qb sits in 2nd half due to large lead in score. Those minutes could be used to predict passing yds and passing TDs if the qb had played full games. At the end of the year, if media are talking about which qb was best based on stats, those minutes of sitting need to be considered. The way this team is playing, Josh may end up sitting more than a full game due to large 2nd half leads.
  14. Although they won, Lamar seems to be regressing a bit in the passing department.
  15. Just listened to Cover One recap of the game. One thing jumped out to me. They said Bills had 4 TD drives consisting of a total of 8 plays going 270 yds, using just 2:44 of time. That is just insane. All I can do is smile after thinking of all the years of inept Bills offense I have watched. We are really watching something special.
  16. Bad throws there from Lamar
  17. THAT is what we have been missing! Want to see more of that from Cook.
  18. Pat McAfee must be loving this game… punt..punt…punt
  19. https://www.thirdway.org/report/the-red-state-murder-problem Interesting article. Murder rates are rising in red states. Murder is not just a city problem. Maybe more guns don’t make people safer.
  20. Tucker is a weirdo. He’s a wanna be tough guy who is a actually a wimp who craves attention and has never had to struggle in his life.
  21. And how many times has Josh almost thrown an interception. Guess we should get rid of him too!
  22. Might miss his ability to field punts.
  23. Sound like Tua should be out for the season. We’ll see what happens.
  24. Decorticate posture Decorticate posture is an abnormal posturing in which a person is stiff with bent arms, clenched fists, and legs held out straight. The arms are bent in toward the body and the wrists and fingers are bent and held on the chest. This type of posturing is a sign of severe damage in the brain. People who have this condition should get medical attention right away.
  25. I’ve seen a lot of concussions. I’ve never seen a guy with that type of hand reaction to the brain injury. I hope Tua is OK.
