I love Diggs but I think his refusal to affirm the team is sending the message to Bean, McDermott, Dorsey, and Allen to get it together. No more excuses next year. He is obviously frustrated and losing patience. It’s typical grumpy WR behavior. Winning solves all problems. Those who are farthest from the center are the most vocal.

The best thing I saw was Damar and all the medical team who helped him on stage. They all gave us the biggest win of the season.

It’s more than just Reid. He has had an all time great TE, the fastest receiver in Hill, a good defensive coordinator and a great GM that continues to hit on talent despite drafting low each year. Mahomes has needed all of that to become the success he is.

Mahomes is great but equally important is he has had a great team, GM and coach propelling his success. Bills are still playing catch-up in those areas around Josh.

He is deserving but the NYC market helps get recognition too. Jets get offensive and defensive rookies of the year.

Damar was just on stage at the NFL awards. What an amazing sight to see. It was also great that they had all the medical staff who helped him ther on stage too. Simply amazing. What a win for this year!

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but I’ve heard that Gabe uses unorthodox hand positioning when catching the ball. I may have heard it a while ago on Locked on Bills podcast. I’m no expert but maybe he needs to go back to school on his technique instead of endlessly drilling bad technique.

Well, they sell them by the dozen so they’re about 2 bucks a piece before shipping and tax. I could see buying a set to pass them out to friends for gifts.

My understanding of the offensive scheme we run is it has multiple routes for receivers depending upon what the defense does. Beating the blitz by having a hot receiver replace the area otherwise covered by the blitzing defender is pretty simple NFL offense concept. Either the receivers weren’t recognizing what the D was doing or Dorsey didn’t adjust. Pretty disappointing either way. The point Warner raises about chipping blocks is a good one and points to offensive strategy issues. Josh needs to develop his decision making skills. Hopefully that will be a point of improvement this off season.

While I generally agree with the OP, I believe shouting for coaching change(s) is pointless. Given the success of this team, I don’t see it happening. McDermott values Frazier and will keep him. Josh likes Dorsey and he will stay. Bean and the Pegulas likely appreciate what McDermott has accomplished and his leadership and likely want stability. Given that reality, the best we can hope for is growth and change of the coaches we have. Hopefully Bean sees the same problems we all do and figures out a way. We will find out based on their actions in free agency and the draft.

I’d like to see statistical ratings for GMs, like there is for players.

Jones was a second round, pick 37 in 2016. Those players are out there for Bean to find. Bills picked Shaq Lawson in round 1 that year.
