  1. I bet the source is Madden 2009
  2. Now Brandon....get er done!!!
  3. http://www.profootballtalk.com/2009/03/17/...ts-wont-happen/ In his weekly appearance on WEEI in Boston, Adam Schefter of NFL Network said that the Panthers won’t be trading defensive end Julius Peppers to the Patriots. “That trade is not gonna happen,” Schefter told Dennis & Callahan of WEEI. Schefter cited the financial investment that Peppers would require and the looming class of Patriots free agents (including Vince Wilfork and Richard Seymour), who will be on the market in 2010. Schefter’s opinion conflicts sharply with a Monday report from Vic Carucci of NFL.com, who seemed to suggest that a trade would happen at some point between the upcoming league meetings (which open on March 22) and the 2009 draft. “I’m telling you, they’re not gonna do it,” Schefter said later in the segment. “. . . . I don’t believe for a second there’s any truth to it.”
  4. I believe Sal, but I do recall: When the Bills got Bledsoe, didn't TD announce a day or two before that the Bills were out of the running for Drew and then we got him? Point is you never, ever know. But i just do not see the Broncos taking Edwards back after trading who they thought is their franchise guy.
  5. Just like a lot of the nonsense you libs have tossed around for the past 8 years?
  6. You are right...but...we need to know reality: Ralph, do you want Peppers?
  7. Gangs are heavily involved in selling marijuana right? I wonder if this passed, what they would do?
  8. I am far from being an expert in the game but is it me, or is the interception rate WAY too high?
  9. I agree I read the article and to say the Bills will be a pass happy team has no merit whatsoever. First off: It is March 12th: How do we know this? Second Off: Perhaps Marshawn gets a few less carries; but did it ever dawn on this bozo that me might be more effective with the carries he has? Nah, that's too obvious. Also, he might be more carries, because the Bills will run more plays, and thus have more snaps. Passing can setup the running game just as much as the other way around. Does that guy get paid for his opinion?
  10. SO MR. KNOW-IT-ALL YOURSELF, WHERE ARE YOU FROM TO MAKE A STATEMENT LIKE THAT???!
  11. Headline Yes I have way too much time on my hands today!!
  12. The only thing he is 'inside' of is Tom Donahaue's ___________
  13. We all know there are a number of reasons to love this move by Buffalo, and as well as skeptics, as their should be, considering T.O's antics and the state of the Bills at this time. I think most people should understand that T.O has a 1 year contract, and basically he (and his agent) are smart enough to know he better knot screw this up. Having said this, I have a lot of confidence that T.O will not cause major issues for this reason. But here is the 'what if' scenario: T.O catches 75 passes, 1100 yards 10 TD's and the Bills 'Circle Of Trust' says "we need to lock this guy up for 3 more years" and they DO so...to me THAT is when T.O will become a major issue. Ultimately, this is the perfect ending (at least from my vantage point) to T.O's stay in Buffalo: 1. The Bills make the playoffs in 2009 2. The arrival of T.O elevates Edwards and Lee's games. 3. T.O goes somewhere else, the Bills now truly understand they needed a WR all along and they get another one in 2009 to help Lee and Trent.
