    other things to consider...Health Insurance(expensive if you to pay for ALL of it, esp in good ol NY)..you will now be paying both sides of FICA(15.3%)...3 of us started our own firm back in 2000, after working for a large corp'n for 2...things are going well for us..if you do get into a partnership with others, make sure you have the same ideas about where the biz will be going...

    Philly threw the best they had at us..result..weak SH goal..our D-man putting the puck off of our other D into the net...Petr Groinsberg throwing a pass out front, bouncing off of our D and Goalie into the net...an EN goal....this game could have went either way VERY easy...I am not worried, they may have another junk win like this in them, but I am confident we win this in 5 or 6

    I once stepped on a guys foot at Mickey Rats City Bar...he pointed at me and said...."3 phone calls and I could have you killed" I laughed and asked why he needed 3 phone calls..why not just call the 3rd guy ouotright...looking back, I should have notified the FBI
