it would make a lot of sense for the G men to trade down, get some help on the O Line and make another run or two with Eli. The problem as I see it is that the media gets so whipped into a frenzy over QB prospects, and that since the giants arent usually drafting this high, that it makes sense to grab the next franchise QB. I hope and assume the Giants FO dont read the post or listen to sports radio, but if they do that's the messaging in the city now

sadly, rumors about Luck coming to Buffalo are as close as the Bills are getting to a franchise QB this offseason -

it's not as far fetched as some are making it out to be. he carries a lot of risk right now, and is making crazy money. I bet if the Bills offered them their 2 firsts and a player, maybe a little more, it would be a coup for the Colts, 3 first round pics, and a credible player like Glenn? I think McDaniels would like that. First off, it would immediately make the Colts HIS team versus Luck's, and he'd have the draft capital to build a contender, almost immediately. -

Buffalo Bills as XFL QB farm club -
Goodell and the others that run the league (not the owners, the ppl in NYC) are more concerned with pleasing their neighbors in the upper east side than pleasing football fans. no matter how woke the try to make the NFL, those people aren't about to turn into rabid NFL fans, and will never make up for Lunchpail Stan in Cleveland that's now turned off from the league forever

Buyers aren't going to pay the same rate for fewer and fewer eyeballs. a small ratings reduction wont matter but what we're seeing isn't a 'small' reduction. Also, this isn't the day of one game in town, a lot of people watch youtube instead of TV. Internet advertising has been draining dollars away from TV forever, which is one of the reasons why we've seen massive consolidation in the radio and tv space

Im definitely looking forward to when the TV contract goes down, and the salary cap along with it, so the same cast of characters that kneels for the anthem will start crying racism that their paycheck is less than it used to be. It's a shame that the knuckleheads who started this wont be around to see their works come to fruition

this really grinds my gears, here i filed all the paperwork and got all the correct licensure to sell my fart jars and this guy just goes and does it like someone selling speakers out of the back of a van at the gas station. why i never -
has shown a talent of making due with what he has for players versus making the players fit a scheme. that and solid playcalling would differentiate him from dennison imo

Article from Yahoo Sports on Mayfield
dorquemada replied to DefenseWins's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
good points all. let's all please remember that Jim Kelly wasn't exactly a choir boy in college, USFL career, and early on in Buffalo. What I like about Mayfield is his fight. He's got good technical proficiency, but his desire to win is an intangible that he has and tryhard doesnt -

where's klos to defend Ngakoue's honor? I mean it's part of the SJW code that a PoC would never lie about something like this -
Yannick Ngakoue accuses Incognito of racial slurs
dorquemada replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
if they're going to hang Incognito out to dry based on an accusation, then they need to mic up every single player in the league and make sure to end the careers of anyone that says anything mean henceforth, regardless of race, gender, or how much soyboy klos likes them -

It's a shame that the kids are the victims of such reckless idiocy of the local government in Baltimore. the district spends over $15k per pupil per year yet can't figure out how to keep the heat on. SOMEBODY is making out like a bandit there -
so get 2 TEs out into mid range patterns, RBs out of the backfield, screens, whatever. and it doesnt have to be 100% of any single strategy. move the chains, control the ball, keep it close, then rely on the fact that Blake Bortles is still Blake Bortles

I remember, years ago, at the beginning of Dallas' strong teams of the early 90s, they were playing against the Lions in the first round of the playoffs. 1991 I think? Anyways, Detroit had been all barry sanders all the time all season long. Dallas had created their whole defensive game plan around him. Detroit came out throwing, and threw all game, and won big. Dallas had no answer because nobody expected Detroit to throw. I'd love to see the bills throw that kind of wrinkle in, to the extent possible.
