  1. Yeah that's really the crux of the issue. Our JV level clapping moron of a coach thinks that he has a system that is so strong, so airtight, that he can plug any player into it and succeed. Obviously, reality says otherwise, but I don't believe McD has the type of personality, or frankly the football acumen, to recognize how wrong he is. He's married to his own bad ideas and for some reason has been given a really long leash to continue to prove that he does not belong in the NFL. There is certainly a spectrum of talent <---> culture in a winning strategy, and I think that the 2018 Buffalo Bills have successfully defined one end of that spectrum, and we can declare with an extremely high confidence level that this is not a winning formula. One interesting aspect of this is that besides the fact that the bills are deeply lacking in talent on O, that it's also a high probability that the culture that McD is enforcing is also bad. If there was even a tiny amount of truth to 'culture trumps talent' then the Bills wouldn't be getting blown out over and over again. All i see on the field as a team that by all appearances has given up on the season and probably the coach. If that is Clappy McDumbass's culture/process, then it's clear that he just isn't fit to be a coach on the NFL, or probably even college above the D3 level. It's just a damn shame that this D is going to get wasted.
  2. Yeah, i feel the same way even though I'd prefer he never sees the field again in a bills uniform. He's really a perfect case study as to why performance in training camp is a poor indicator for success in the regular season. Clappy McIdiot doesn't seem to grasp the concept. I just got back from a long weekend in Alabama with family, and the consensus is that McCarron was let go because he's a leader and the clapping halfwit cant have any strong leadership from players. McC played that way in Alabama, and would yell back at Saban when he got on his case. The Process can't bear any thought outside approved goodthink by Coach Bonehead
  3. Not a chance. Mcd is 100% going to keep shoving him down our throats until we get a regime change. He’s obviously a guy that can’t own his mistake
  4. Maybe it’s a positive that the bills did exactly what we all knew they were going to do? There was no false hope offered, so we have that going for us too.
  5. I think I got aids from watching it does that count
  6. hmm, so, the 2018 buffalo bills are to a professional football team what Applebees wings are to good buffalo wings. did i do that right
  7. if he can't, he'll fit right in
  8. yeah we got a team of real character players, should ride them right to the top of the draft year after year
  9. I think you may have identified the issue
  10. We'd all love to see the bills complete a forward pass or maybe as an aspirational goal achieve a first down sometime before the 3rd quarter, but i think at this point we all know better. Tonight is what happens when you pit an underskilled and undercoached team against a professional franchise with a focus on winning. I cant wait to watch that halfwit clapping on the sidelines with the bills down 31 points in the 2nd quarter when we go 3 and out for the 5th consecutive drive
  11. The Battle of Leyte Gulf. We're the Japanese. The Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) mobilized nearly all of its remaining major naval vessels in an attempt to defeat the Allied invasion but was repulsed by the U.S. Navy's Third and Seventh fleets. The IJN failed to achieve its objective, suffered heavy losses, and never sailed to battle in comparable force thereafter. The majority of its surviving heavy ships, deprived of fuel, remained in their bases for the rest of the Pacific War and suffered under heavy sustained aerial attack. what im saying is the Bills are going to get so roundly defeated that they are going to decide there's no point in continuing as a NFL franchise
  12. this one is really lining up to be an all time great
  13. Or, perhaps, the Bills are really bad at drafting. As evident i present the entire franchise history excepting from the mid 80s through the early 90s.
  14. 20 points! Oh my where is my fainting couch?
  15. What a whacky, zany, and random thought! That the bills would score 13 points!
  16. this game was going to be a cakewalk for the pats regardless of when or where played. I rarely gamble, and even less often in a game involving a buffalo sports team but this one is sorely tempting!
  17. there's just so much blame to go around it seems unfair to focus on only one of the sad sacks
  18. yeah i hear what you're saying, but look at him, a clapping moron. can you imagine him disciplining players? probably says "Gee, tough day today, sport, but keep your chin up, it's gonna get better" [claps stupidly]. Or maybe like when Peterman turns in one of his typical performances, he says "Gee Nate, you didn't fail us, we failed you!" [claps clownishly]
  19. the good news is that we wont have to watch past the first commercial break to see who the Bills get (spoiler: high motor but undersized LB or best Corner in the draft). it's also possible that the Bills trade their 1st and 2nd round picks to the Pats for their 6th and a small bag of magic beans. you just wait though, those beans will pay off.
  20. Will the Bills ever field a QB again who can consistently pass for 100 yards a game? I say no, it's literally impossible. I'm open to arguments to the contrary, regardless of how unlikely or farcical they are.
  21. I learned everything I know about how the playoffs work from TBD, so I'm pretty sure that it's best for the Bills to lose to Green Bay regardless of anything else to maximize our playoff chances
  22. He sure gets open a lot. is stickum still illegal?
  23. Lots of trite answers in this thread based (mostly fairly) on Foster's play thus far. Most people thought Jason Peters would never be any good either. I'm willing to give the coaches the benefit of the doubt on this one and see if he can develop. If he's a late bloomer and turns into even a solid #2 then it's a huge steal for the Bills. If he never develops the skills, then they move on. It's not like his reps are coming at the expense of Andre Reed sitting on the bench. Yup. Daboll obviously has seen something we don't.
