Given how much draft capital we've spent on DL it's really amazing. A real blind spot for Beane. It just seems like we've got a slow, undersized DL, and now the blueprint is out there. Expect more out of Detroit next week

Agreed, plus it seems like Knox has a nose for big plays. It's a nice luxury, a guy that moves the sticks in Kincaid, and one that can make a big catch but never draws the type of coverage that Kincaid or the WRs do.

To be fair, and I am an absolute savage critic of the NYT regularly blowing things up in their comments sections, there's a huge difference at the NYT between their editorial slant (bad and uncool) and their hard reporting/production values/tech (really, really good). I don't like giving the opposition money but I do subscribe to the times online bc there's enough of value to make it worth it. Generally speaking their tools like the playoff machine are solid.

Hard disagree. Shakir has saved them how many times this season with an amazing catch to keep a drive alive. They're not going to replace that. He's the best slot receiver in the NFL right now, and absolutely critical to the success we've seen so far this year. It would be the apex foolishness to let him walk then try to bring someone else in. They can cut almost anyone else but they need to keep him

they were just a little out of sync all day, and in fairness to Miami their DL played a great game especially Campbell. Overall Miami was strong, and played with intensity the whole time. This is what i saw as well. Rousseau needs reps, and at least there's a chance at a big play with him. VM is getting manhandled at the point of attack, and just gets bounced 10 yards past the QB. I'll give Miller a little grace here bc getting back up to game speed but if he pulls another no show next week he's gotta get his reps reduced
