Bills vs Broncos-Monday Night Football
dorquemada replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
remember that year that the bills just needed to beat the steelers in the final week to get in the playoffs, and the steelers played all their 2nd and 3rd stringers? -
Week 10, Broncos v. Bills - Predict the Score
dorquemada replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seriously, if the Bills fail that miserably, Dorsey absolutely has to go. Either his schemes are terrible, or the players have quit on him. Can the same be said for McD? Sick of this amateur hour nonsense -
Ed Oliver play in the last game?

I'm a huge fan of Jordan Phillips and love the energy he brings but he's been strait up terrible this year -
Week 10, Broncos v. Bills - Predict the Score
dorquemada replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Cindy and Tampa both figured our D out, it would seem the secret is out now. The Bills can't pressure, and increasingly, can't cover. Apparently we're telegraphing the scheme based on where the Safeties are moving pre-snap. Will Mcduh change anything around? Given the level of investment in the D we should be able to win games with the D. -
Week 10, Broncos v. Bills - Predict the Score

Should, correct. Let's see what kind of game plan Dorsey comes up with to make the Denver D look like the Steel Curtain -
You called it BIGFOOT. I've been a fan for a long time, and pretty much have lost faith in the current team, or at least the HC and OC. Regardless of if they are able to stumble into the playoffs it'll be a short stay. I'd say it would be better to fight for a higher draft pick but I don't have any confidence they would do anything smart with it, probably another tweener DL or flyweight CB

Great, everyone agrees we should be able to run the ball, so rather than building a competent OL and getting a power running back, we get a scat back and a bunch of oafs on OL. Glad they spent some capital this year to bring in a couple better guys but they still can't run the ball. Oh, and whomever Spencer Brown has pictures of should probably just take their medicine so we can move on. McD wants this team to be everything that it isnt
-
Yup. McDingus decided the Bills should be a power running team with some elves at WR. Almost any other offensive philosophy would be better. He's so in love with his own infallibility that he can't consider for a second that he's actually a moron that should probably be working as a hype man for a 3rd tier nü metal band or maybe a circus

Potential to Explore Josh Allen (QB) trades
dorquemada replied to VaMilBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's the coaching. McDingbat and his boy wonder with the stupid glasses think that if they just make Allen be Brady then success will follow, rather than letting him play his game. Honestly halfwits like we have in charge shouldn't be allowed near top tier talent -

Lol, i'm mad too but lets not be hasty also, upgrading OC is a whole lot easier than finding another Josh Allen -
The current offense is efficient in the sense that i dont have to watch the whole game any more

Could Josh McDaniels get our Offense in Gear?
dorquemada replied to jethro_tull's topic in The Stadium Wall
As an OC? We could do worse, like we currently are -
Yeah I think we (collectively, as a civilization) have fallen way too much in love with quantifying every aspect, behavior, performance, and molecule under the sun. Correlation does not equal causation, and so on. Lies, damn lies, and statistics

Is 10 Wins enough to make the playoffs? What is the path to 10 wins?
dorquemada replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nah, it's me, but this team is incredibly frustrating. They ARE fragile, or at least mentally lazy, in that they disappear for quarters at a time with Allen moping by himself on the bench. Then they realize they're in a football game and furiously come back, but that trick is wearing thin and frankly, not working. The record speaks for itself. They're a team with a ton of talent and a mediocre record. You can say what you like but they're not a great team or even a good one at this point. -
Bills vs Broncos-Monday Night Football

What I assume will happen is the Bills will get a couple quick scores, then Dorsey will get cute and cost us the game. There's zero killer instinct anywhere on this team, and when faced with an opponent who will hang around and pick at the edges until something gives, I do not like our chances. Our best hope is that the Broncos hearts arent in it for whatever reason and we can slip by them -
Is 10 Wins enough to make the playoffs? What is the path to 10 wins?
dorquemada replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
When I'm looking at the remaining schedule, the biggest factor I see is if the other team needs the win to stay in the hunt for the playoffs or get homefield. With that in mind, the list of winnable games gets a lot smaller because the Bills don't have any fight in them, and even a 'lesser' team like the Chargers comes in needing a win, they're going to pull out all the stops while Dorsey experiments with playcalling leading to a bunch of 3 and out drives. The Bills just seem really fragile right now and the slightest disappointment causes them to disappear for long stretches of games. I've never seen anything like it. At the end of the day, a team is a reflection of it's leadership, both players and coaches. Right now, the Bills are poorly led -

We'll learn a lot about this team over the next month but sometimes you are what your record says you are, and in this case I think the Bills are basically a .500 team, we'll win (most) of our games against bad teams, and lose against anyone over .500. We'll steal one against one of the good teams if the ball bounces a certain way, we get some mercy calls from the refs, and the other team has a bad day -
We need infinity blocking TEs and RBs to stand around spencer brown

Bills vs Broncos-Monday Night Football
dorquemada replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
For real but this is a hobby for me, not a vocation. you're allowed to suck at your hobby Denver will look like the 72 dolphins this weekend. 3rd at 19? no problem, just run off tackle for 25. I just hope they throw in some super ridiculous trick plays that completely befuddle our statistically dominant defense. Like, a quadruple reverse followed by a double statue of liberty play followed by a flea flicker but using the center as QB, with only 10 players on the field -

Current bills team not capable of dealing with adversity. Folding like a cheap suit is so much easier -
beane attempts to build a team that can field an offense more modern than the Carter administration Coach McDoofus and his lapdog Dorkey craft an offense that would be right at home in the era where the forward pass had just been legalized but is still frowned upon. i bet he has a rotary phone in his house

My hot take is the season is already over, but losing to Denver would probably be the wood stake in the heart of this version of the team. Unless there is a miraculous turnaround, but I just don't see how that happens, especially with coach McDoofus saying that everything is fine.
