"Lurking on the internet" yes I have never been on this site before but the cool kids said there was lots of sadness here today so i made an account and here i am

Yeah ok you got me on a technicality. They have a non-zero chance at the playoffs. I also have a non-zero chance of winning powerball The reason why people are clowning on this is because the Bills arent going on some miraculous winning streak. they aren't built that way, and the team leaders are all sulking instead of demanding accountability from each other and the organization. McD will clap his way through it, dont worry.

Does Anyone Miss Daboll and Frazier?
dorquemada replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seriously, I can't remember watching a NFL coach who was this terrible of a game day decision maker. Bad playcalling, bad clock management, incomprehensible use of timeouts on D? I thought he was supposed to be this disciplined genius but it looks like we got the low rent outsourced offshored non-union version instead -
Because it's an idea worthy of ridicule, and I mean that in the nicest possible way

In truth i'd be fine with a run heavy offense featuring Fournette. Allen is a space cadet right now, and Diggs is the only reliable WR. Kincaid, sure whatever, nobody is game planning around him, at least yet. When does Knox come back? Surely McD will insist he get reinserted at the expense of snaps for Kincaid so even that's not going anywhere The primary advantage of going run heavy the rest of this year since we're going to lose a bunch of games is that we see if the OL as currently constituted can support a run game. they looked oK in that regard last night. We know what Josh is capable of when his head is on right. Plus, a run heavy game at least gives the cursed souls on the defense a little break between back breaking 7-10 minute drives

gah this is so reminiscent of the drought years when we had to go to advanced calculus starting in late october to find a path to the playoffs. Let's go on and prepare ourselves mentally to be fully out of the playoff picture next week. Once they lose to the Jets, i'm sure they'll pull one out of their azzes against one of the good teams we have on the schedule, and maybe 1 or 2 more just to move us out of contention for a difference making WR in the draft but this is a bad team with a bad coach, an old, slow and broken D, special teams that define the word 'special', and a QB that needs some serious counseling

Will a win over the Jets to get to 6-5 bring everyone back in?!?!
dorquemada replied to DBilz2500's topic in The Stadium Wall
This will be a get well game for the Jets. your D will get a nice rest while the awesome jets O runs the ball down the bills throat and have 40 minute TOP Allen and the clown car go 3 and out 75% of drives How do you figure we beat the cowboys? Also, the Chargers are unpredictable. I said in another thread that the O/U for wins for remainder of the season should be set at 2 and I'd bet the under -
Because we've ignored the WR position and Davis had that one great game 3 years ago. McD is obviously a complete hack, I'm glad that Dorkey is gone, but let's hope Beane will at least consider drafting skill players this year. oh and someone to replace spencer brown

MCD is feeling the heat and knew damn well that the Bills had to play as close to mistake free football as possible. As it turns out, this is what 'as close to mistake free football' as the Keystone Kops Buffalo Bills are capable of playing. Queue up the yakety sax and let's watch the antics next week!

Do you think the Bills brass and coaches read this forum ??
dorquemada replied to arcadia bob's topic in The Stadium Wall
that goes for all our bosses -
as it turns out, his 1st fumble did set the tone for the game, and our QB picked up on it Cook is our best RB but what do you do as a coach when your team isn't responding to coaching?

Should The Strength and Conditioning Coaches Get Fired?
dorquemada replied to OutOfBubbleGum's topic in The Stadium Wall
thats a fair question, i've never seen so many critical injuries. -
5 games too late but better late than never!

last thing i said to my wife before i tried to go to sleep at 1130 last night "next year we'll be back to 1pm"

dorquemada replied to arcadia bob's topic in The Stadium Wall
they strike me as a group that spend more time sniffing their own farts than they do in any kind of critical self reflection -
There's no version of events where the Bills win a SB with McD. I'd say that right now at least 20 NFL HCs are better gameday coaches than him, and he seems to be getting worse

there will be playoffs, but the Bills will be watching from the golf course or bar or whatever they're all fighting to get back to

Cold Hard Truths The Season Has Given Us As Bills Fans
dorquemada replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall
Diggs is the only guy that's still fighting. I'd give him 100% veto power over any OC decisions because he's still invested. the rest of them are, at best, JAGs -
yeah where are the wins on the schedule? even when we weren't in free fall the Jets had our number. Right now they are absolutely pinning their ears back and getting excited about chasing Josh Allen around and stripping the ball from Cook. Philly - just lol. they'll run the ball down our throat and hold the ball for 45 minutes. josh gets pulled in 4th quarter and doesnt even realize it because he's zoning out on the bench KC - they'll need this game as padding for HFA. Zero chance for the bills. Andy Reid puts on a masterclass of gameday decisionmaking while McD claps when Von ties his shoes properly Dallas - eh, they're kind of like a less terrible version of the Bills. Who knows maybe the Bills steal this one against all odds. Or, it could certainly go the other way and Dak drops 400 yards and 5 TDs on the Bills while the Allen/Cook combination set a new NFL record for combined turnovers in a single game, and also in a season. One for the books! LAC - geez, an away game in LA? While the Bills have a wonderful time on the town Friday night, it's tough sledding on Saturday, and hey, let's not wear ourselves out, we're in LA on Saturday night! Let's party! NE - at home new years eve. BB might be at the end. The Bills have always been his favorite punching bag, though this is his least talented team. If there's a win on the schedule, this is probably it. On the other hand, the lack of professional pride on the Bills could make this the ultimate run for the bus game Miami - appropriate to end the season with the team who we beat in our superbowl this year. Miami has the division well in hand, and their ranking for the playoffs is fixed. Most starters are rested, but their scrappy second string holds the ball for 40 minutes, and the Bills, who had a great time on South Beach last night, don't have the stomach to fight back. So just looking at the schedule, i see a full scale collapse as more likely than any kind of rally. I'd put the wins at 2, then bet the under

Bills are 7-14 in games decided by 7 pts or less, last 3 seasons

tell me that you got Dall-E to make that it's brilliant and deserves to be printed on vellum, framed in mahogany, and hung in teh new AKG -
only good news here is that I'll be able to get a few single game tickets for cheap on the secondary market. It'll be fun to pregame then go into the stadium and get sad

McD has lost the locker room, Allen needs a firm hand but isnt getting one. Criminal negligence.

No “I quit the Bills” threads on TBD!? I am shocked!
dorquemada replied to ShakAttack's topic in The Stadium Wall
Rock bottom? Geez i wish. it's going to get so much worse. They'll lose (badly) to the Jets next week, we'll hear about the cracks in the locker room. We'll get crushed by KC and the Eagles, and the players will be openly running for the bus. I'd love to think the roster will look a lot different next year but i bet it wont! Can't wait for the draft next year, we need 4 or 5 more high motor DL and some defensive backfield players that get game defining penalties
