    Yeah im not sure this makes it less likely for Miami to win. Their run game is better, and Mahomes/Kelce are playing cold before they even get to this game

    pats fan buddy of mine (used to work in the org) says that it's a good move, feels like Mayo will be a better coach than Vrabel. Also said there was a clause in his contract about getting the HC gig when BB retired.

If the plan is to establish a ground game, let's do that Sell: slow developing plays and downfield shots - goal will be to get the ball out quick and keep Allen on his feet.     Eh, Kyle Allen is more or less a known quantity and I sincerely doubt he'd have a QBR of >80 on this team. To your point though, this is a zero sum game so they have to decide where they're going to go cheap and given that the dropoff from Allen to any realistic backup option, certainly makes more sense to invest elsewhere, i'd argue the OL & WR
