  1. forum user "PetermanThrew5Picks" thinks said Peterman will lead the Bills to a 50+ point win. You realize picks are bad, right?
  2. The posters ITT who are admitting that they have never watched alabama or any college football, but are galaxy brain experts about it should probably tune in to the Alabama game tomorrow at 330EST. One thing that Bama has that the Bills absolutely do not is at least 7 guys on O who can catch the ball consistently. One way to deal with pressure is to put enough guys out in the pattern so that someone is always open. Tua is light on his feet and gets the ball out quick when he needs to. They would move the ball with dinks and dunks, but also have a couple guys completely capable of taking the top off any D. Speed is speed, and the ability to hold on to the ball doesnt magically change when you go from college to the pros
  3. Right, just because the bills are playing a college team, all of a sudden kelvin benjamin are going to stop dropping most of the passes thrown his way because of reasons and our OL will magically start playing well
  4. You think the bills have 5 nfl quality OL? I don't think saban is staying up late figuring out a scheme around Vladimir ducasse or John Miller
  5. Plus our OL sucks dog balls
  6. Why do you think that Alabama would be so bad against the run?
  7. Alternatively, to watch McDermott clap vigorously as Peterson throws his 8th interception Maybe alpha is saying that the Bills matador style ol strategy would confuse Alabama’s DL and lead to some hilarious blooper reel material
  8. For the last few weeks, the bills have been getting worse by big gulps. The posters here who are in awe of their prowess must be watching some other team and confusing them for the bills
  9. just FYI, Robert Foster rarely saw the field at Alabama. That was purely a Dabol's Choice. Mark my words though, Levi Wallace will be a success here. He's been the underdog his whole life but works harder than anybody and has the desire to succeed that's so rare on the Bills roster
  10. if only the bills had a bona fide NFL qb on their roster For Saban to have success he has to have near complete control. He didn't have anything like that in Miami.. He calls at the shots in Alabama though and is the best recruiter they've ever had
  11. the funniest thing about your post is the bills scoring 30+ points. I'm not sure they could do that against an empty field
  12. i also think there's something to be said for coaching and scheme. Alabama has Buffalo beat by a mile in those to categories, even if the adult NFL players outclass the young college players physically. The Bills appear to be so indifferent to the actual game of football that outside of some notion of pride, im not sure they even show up emotionally for the hypothetical game against Alabama, especially if it's played in T Town I agree that the Bills ultimately win the game, but let's not pretend that this group who are just mailing it in each week, led by a clapping halfwit, are some unassailable force against the best college team in the country
  13. it'll be like the Buffalo-SF game from 92 where there were no punts, but in this case because it'll be a turnover every drive
  14. if peterman keeps up his pattern, it'll be 14-3 jets without their O ever hitting the field.
  15. see, you're halfway there
  16. we could trade all of our receivers to them to play DB, they drop everything
  17. lol, i am trading texts with a buddy of mine who is a huge jets fan, saying pretty much the same thing. Darnold has been getting killed and even the chance of him losing to the Bills (who may benefit from recent rule changes in the NFL allowing for the forward pass) would be too much to bear
  18. make other, more interesting, plans for Sunday, like perhaps curling your hair or watching paint dry
  19. since our D is on the field like 80% of any given game, so yeah, it makes complete sense to give it help since the offense barely even sees the field, why invest in it. Hello I am a big dumb idiot and I like to clap when my team gets penalties against them
  20. it would be my first question in interviewing perspective coaches, "What week of the NFL season do you think it generally starts to snow in Buffalo?" and if they answer anything lower than 15, push the eject button under the desk. the second question would be "do you believe it's possible to throw a regulation football when it is below 32 degrees?"
  21. yup, leadership hires people who have never actually been to Buffalo and can only muster images of the blizzard of 77, so they come in with an unshakable notion that the only way to win in Buffalo is with a Neanderthal offense centered around 1 yard and a cloud of dust
  22. Nobody on the team is going to work harder than Wallace. This is a good move.
  23. i said it in another thread but the sort of offensive innovation that I'd expect from McDermott is a multiple punter formation, that comes in on 3rd down
  24. also, more controversy around why the Bills didn't sign Colin Kaepernick. The Bills front office is sure to handle this with grace and aplomb, leaving all feeling satisfied that the decision was reached in an organic fashion
