Bob Barr Files Suit in Texas

*sighs, "I suppose it is wishful thinking that they both forgot to apply to the other 49 states..." -
Fair enough, I have touched on this before, never received an answer either. Once you factor out the bare minimum cost of living Rent in a dilapidated shack Cheapest foods available Using the hospital for medical care (some bills are paid although a small percentage) Utility Bills Transportation to and from a job What is the percentage of taxation on available income considering total taxation after the bare minimum is met? The guy with 6 houses and a tax shelter in the Caymans (do those still exist? Irregardless, there are tax shelters) fares far better, I am willing to bet, when the same numbers are applied to him. Essentially, IMO, if you are considering total percentage of taxation, you should consider what they have available after the bare minimums are met. This view of course favors the poor, which is admittedly not a Republican stance. Perhaps we should remove their right to vote? I mean they contribute nothing other than brute labor and we can get that cheaper from Mexico. To answer your question, if Obama ups the tax rate on the "rich" (which seems doubtful at this point, considering the economy of the country will go in the tubes in a few months probably with any tax increase) you will be proven right. McCain merely prolongs it IMO. He is Dem-Lite and the fact that you support him when you should be advocating a change in the process speaks volumes, again IMO, about your personality, intellect, and general knowledge.

Oh be fair. He is conservative and so will try to hide it, but Wacka told me in PMs that he thinks erynthered is, quote "Dreamy". We really should be understanding of the repressed affair going on and give them space.

Would you hush; every time he talks, someone votes for a moderate.

The lack of political leadership

I actually had a friend of mine defend this sort of thing, "Can you imagine how hard they are working? I mean they put in 60 - 70 hour days." Mostly to get re-elected IMO. I don't know about you folks, but I shy away from the decisions if I can. Well, unless making decisions nets me more money...ohhhh -
Or just talk to one another, surely they will be honest on important matters... A handshake should suffice.

God bless those Conservatives then, because it was the Republicans who stole all of her money and then stuck her in a nursing home. Her will asked for a dignified death of her own choosing when it was clear she was past saving...

He can pretend he is posting for the people skills. Anyone one grade above you is automatically incompetent by default by most's perceptions. So then there is integrity. What say you Tom? Willing to sacrifice for the paycheck?

Somewhere John McCain is saying in a self satisfied voice, "There is a reason I don't use e-mail..."
-
Just because someone that can't spell libtard posts it, doesn't mean you have to argue with it.

You have some valid points, which is why I am so disappointed in you. You only consider income taxes. Are those the only taxes that people face? Piss poor math IMO.

If we're in recession ..

I live in MS. Not much chance for Obama here. If it was close, I might have to make a decision. I do not thankfully. So, I will vote my displeasure with the candidates. -

What? You mean it isn't all play money? -
They should protect the children and electrify the fences around these horrible menaces!!! Save the children. What?

Hey Wacka, you have a new friend. Is this guy for real or did Pasta Joe (RKFast) get a new alt? I hope so for you conservatives. Must be tough to take him into your fold... Say, quick poll. Who believes in the power of the Christian God, the spiritual father of Jesus Christ (just to be perfectly clear), to help heal people? Do you believe that prayer can help people? -
A doctor should never be forced to perform a procedure unless maybe a life was in danger. If he failed to act when he could, and there was no other help available, I could see fines maybe. Loss of a license in the worst case. If he isn't working in an abortion clinic, he shouldn't have to worry about it. He shouldn't be forced to learn the procedure as part of his curriculum unless that is something a general practitioner or emergency room Doctor needs. I have no idea. Intolerance abounds. The far left is intolerant of the far right as is the far right of the far left. Many religious people try to impose their morals, while atheists denigrate religions. People should be allowed to practice their religion, but Wal-mart people shouldn't have to say Merry Christmas. Chicken, egg? Does it matter, except to historians and people who are forced to face the consequences. I don't see any of the current lot as solutions.

That is both of them. The Dems spend too much while the umm oh well. Looking for a difference... The Repubs are for big oil and the Dems...crap. The Dems are for the little people while the Repubs are for...crap. Ok, I got it. The difference is, they only hate the gay/other gender people on the other side whose views are different. Hmmm, that seems similar too. Ok how about this, who scares you more with the laws Republicans enacted? Dems or Repubs?

^^^Posts less, but is a Republican version of Molson. He gets soooo much less flack on this umm board of "Moderates". Damn good point. Well good thing the Republicans are strong on security issues. They will save us...

I didn't watch her speech to be honest. If she was as good as some conservatives and even some liberals say, why the hell didn't the conservatives make her the Pres candidate. I like Obama because he seems like maybe he could be a leader, but I hate his economic views. My state will go McCain really, so I am free to vote for anyone. ATM, I am considering voting for Dev/Null. At least he is on my football team.

Go with irresponsible then. I know nothing of your timeline, and I wish your family the best.

So true, we should definitely fund the abstinence programs more. Those have worked so well with teens...
