  1. Tell you what, let's take whatever the average sentence is for a comparable crime and apply it. Sound fair? With no record, what does someone get for mugging a taxi driver?
  2. Betcha the cabbie makes a fat tip now...
  3. Well, that or six months or so in jail would suffice.
  4. There should be a thread you are required to read before you can post about the Vick situation.
  5. Aren't you the angry gnome?
  6. As Jim said, speak for yourself. Vick is here, I am gone until he is at the very least. Frankly, I would probably stop watching football all together. For the record, if I was Goodell: Marshawn - 6 games Stallworth - 1 year minimum, reevaluation pending drug and alcohol tests Plaxico - 1 year minimum after he gets out of jail Vick - 1 year minimum after he got out of jail, reevaluation pending psychological testing
  7. Yeah, throw the guy a bone already.
  8. The guy deserved it. He displayed contempt for a court of law. Judges have a hard job and for someone to disrespect him like that, they should be thrown under the prison for years. Wait what? This isn't political and the guy is actually apolitical? Well what a crock of sh-- then. Free the yawner!
  9. That is incorrect. The no huddle is not about quick passes. The no huddle is about denying the other team a chance to substitute. No offense, but you may want to read up on it before you make posts saying that we are doomed when you are not even quite sure what we are attempting to do. I do think the OL will be a weakness for a while. So we may end up dumping off passes to the FB, RB, and TE as a safety valve. We may also go with more intermediate routes. Those are not necessarily the hallmarks of a No huddle offense though. That is a decision that will be made, which will influence what plays we select while running the no huddle. Hope that helps.

  11. You can tell a difference?
  12. Actually yeah we are. http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football...ained_fami.html
  13. I wonder what you get if you order one.
  14. Now this part was hilarious.
  15. What is it with him and headwear?
  16. True, the only debate is when you ceased to be funny.
  17. I found the coolest bike. Some guy just left it.
  18. And your vote was registered.
  19. I would have thought you would be hesitant to post in a thread like this for very obvious reasons. So did you really blow off your fellow Bills fans in Canton?
  20. See this is the debate thing I referenced. It took me about a minute to find that list with this handy thing called google. I said it was a lifted list. Link to your creationist board please.
  21. Works for me. I don't have any good pics to upload, but I think I can. After the warning and my test comment, I decided not to push it
  22. At least they try. Better than just making up sh-- which is what your heroes have been doing. You brag about how you keep trouncing creationists on another board. Link? Frankly, you suck so bad at debate I have a feeling they have you on the run.
  23. I almost took offense from John Adams post as I used to play D & D back in the day. I still might try out the online version when it goes free to play. There are plenty of guys who play Fantasy Football, Baseball etc that have no room to talk about geekiness (our whole D & D group did both so that makes us uber geeks I suppose). Most of our group went on to have happy, successful lives, at least as high a percentage as the average group. Oh and here is a lifted list of famous people that play D & D. Some on the list support John's point, some mine. So I would say playing D & D doesn't mean much one way or another. 1. Stephen Colbert (also went to Gen Con (a dnd/comic/roleplaying convention)) 2. Vin Diesel (Wrote the introduction to a book about DnD) 3. Mike Myers 4. Dwayne Johnson AKA The Rock 5. Matt Groening 6. Dame Judy Dench (Introduced to the game by Vin Diesal) 7. Jenny McCarthy 8. -=Edited out cause I was wrong.=- 9. Edwin McCain (Not sure if he still does but did when he was a kid) 10. Wil Wheaton (played on the set of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Prefers to play Fighters over Wizards.) 16. Matthew Lillard (Said so on G4's attack of the show then stole all of thier D&D Minatures Models) 17. Jon Stewart (He also sneaks sutile D&D jokes into his show that only us D&D nerds get to laugh at.) 18. Jim Breuer 19. Brian Warner AKA Marilyn Manson 20. John Carmack and a good portion of the original id Software crew (Some of the characters and story elements in Quake were based off of D&D session iirc) 21. Sebastian Bengtsson 22. "I also play Dungeons and Dragons with my mates, which everyone reckons is tragic, but I reckon is heaps of fun.") 34. Jon Favreau (Another one with a quote! "I'm a very lazy person by nature. I have to be really engaged, and then I go straight from lazy to obsessive. I couldn't study chemistry, but I could memorize all the books for Dungeons and Dragons. It was ridiculous.") 35. Curt Schilling from, I think, the Red Sox or at least use to be. 36. Todd Pratt from, I think, the Braves or at least use to be. 37. Jimmy Wales (One of the starters of Wikipedia) 38. Jacques Villeneuve (Use to drive race cars. Ironicly he prefers to play Monks in D&D which move faster then all other characters) 39. Rivers Cuomo from Weezer and, it is rumored at least, the rest of the band. 40. Everyone in Marcy's Playground (They even wrote a song called "A Cloak of Elvenkind" Which is a Major Magical Item in Dungeons and Dragons) 41. Everyone in Flashlight Brown (They even wrote a song called "Ready to Roll" which references 20-Sided Dice and A LOT of other D&D related things) 42. Gary Gygax (He was famous enough to play a character on Futurama(himself) so I put him on the list) 43. Seth Greene (Even made a Robot Chicken episode that refenerced THAC0 which was part of the Advance DND (or 2nd Edition) rule set) 44. Trey Parker 45. Matt Stone 46. Patton Oswalt (even talked the Reno 911 guys into doing a DnD part on the show. It was very funny) 47. Stephen King (And certain things from dnd are referenced in The Dark Tower series) 48. Steve Rune Lundin AKA Steven Erikson 49. Joss Whedon (Director of Buffy The Vampire Slayer) 50. He has mentioned it on his show) 60. Darby Conley (though he is C-List at best) 61. Andrew W.K. 62. The band Amon Amarth (Can I get a Wha wha from all my metalheads?) 63. My Chemical Romance (They played with Thrice during the Vans Warp Tour. My Chemical Romance's lead singer Gerard Way plays a Half-Elf Ranger) 64. Thrice (Played with My Chemical Romance during the Vans Warp Tour.) 65. Alice Cooper Played D&D (And even replayed the events of a game on an episode of That 70's Show) 66. Some/All of Barenaked Ladies 67. Raymond E Feist (He Actually uses a self created world in his books that was originally created for his Dungeons and Dragons game back home) 68. Kari Byron (Played DnD and has thought about getting Adam and Jaime to play with her.) 69. Brian Posehn 70.
