They still have to play Pittsburgh twice. Mike Tomlin has Zac Taylor's offense all figured out. They have to play the Ravens again in Baltimore and then will lose at least one of their two against the Browns (they do every year). If they split with the Steelers (which they will) that make 7 probable losses. And they'll lose to one of the Eagles or the Cowboys. That loss to the Pats in week 1 was brutal.

The problem is that pass rush is the strength of this upcoming draft. This WR class is not very good.

Don't look now, but Cincinnati is 1-4. That is a heck of a hole to dig out of.

Didn't you hear? He's practicing responsible cap management. It feels like he cares more about the cap situation and draft picks than actually winning football games.

That's what's killing me. The Ravens can't run against the Cincinnati run D while they ran all over us. Also the GD Jags almost beat this same Texans team last week. Those first three weeks were a mirage. This is what we are.

I'm usually one of the most positive posters on this board, but this game, combined with the Ravens sudden inability to run against the worst run D in the league, is breaking me.

I'm not talking about this game. I'm talking about the roster in general. You see it here, but you also saw it last week and you could see it before he season started. They decided to do a cap reset year, subjecting a fanbase just waiting for the other shoe to drop to a year of bad football. I realize that there is some teambuilding logic to this, but as a fan of this team since I was born in Buffalo Children's in 1973 I just can't take the lack of urgency of this front office. WE NEED TO WIN NOW!!!!!!

I knew it was too good to be true. The NFL is now back to its natural state with a sorry a** team in Orchard Park. Brandon Beane, Sean McDermott, Josh Allen, and everyone else in this organization didn't live through the drought. They have no idea what we went through. If they did, they wouldn't have punted on a season. I'm just sick right now because they decided to give up a season to get their precious cap right while other teams keep pushing things into the future. Maybe Terry doesn't want to pay anymore. In any case, I think that I give up. There are no solutions in-season or even in a single off-season that will fix this. You can't improve the OL, DL, secondary, and WRs in one offseason.

This looks like rookie Josh, where he doesn't trust anyone. Forget Diggs, we need a Cole Beasley.

I feel like the other shoe has dropped. This is the worst that this team has looked since 2018, and then we had hope with a rookie QB. I feel no hope now. Diggs did in fact make Josh Allen.

Injuries take talent off of the field. If they don't matter, then talent doesn't matter.

You can't on one hand say "the Bills need more talent on their roster" and then on the other hand say "injuries are a lame excuse." Injuries take talent off of the field. Sometimes a team reaches a breaking point where they go from competitive to non-competitive due to injuries. I think that our defense may have reached that point.

He's forcing this trade to the Jets, just like Diggs forced his way to Houston. The NFL is becoming the NBA.

That is what will happen because those two teams can make the trade without the Raiders having to pay additional cash to make it work.

They restructured his deal. He's a FA after this season. He'll play one year in Houston and then go on to Dallas to play with his brother or to KC to chase a ring.

But the Jets and Steelers can absorb the full cap hit. That is probably more appealing to the Raiders and their cheap owner. There is not much that Beane could do in that case. He can't force the Raiders to make it work with us. Even a first (which is a massive overpay) may not be enough to get them to do the cap moves to make it work with us.

Of all the guy that Beane released this off-season, the only one that I would take back (just from a performance standpoint) is Diggs.

All true, but they haven't been acting like a rational team ever since they hired Darkness Retreat as GM.
