    People keep waiting for the Jets to snap out of it. With their roster, they really should be a top-tier team. It just doesn't make sense that they keep losing. Also, without Diggs and Collins, the Texans are down to an undersized slot receiver, an above-average TE, and Joe Mixon. But, I still think the Texans win. Their pass rush is going to get home.

    The Mario Williams signing was stupid. Spending big in FA on a pass rusher when the team doesn't have a QB is something that bad teams do. He could have had 20 sacks and that team still misses the playoffs with EJ Manuel.

    Giants have a great D but cannot score. Tough state of affairs when you have an offensive HC.

    Proximity to the ocean doesn't matter with Sushi in the US. Food safety laws require that any fish that is served raw must be frozen all the way through to kill bacteria. But Seattle does have great sushi, due to the variety of fish available and the competition making places up their game.

    What's interesting is how little discussion Diggs' injury is getting on the Texans message board and sub. It's like he was never fully on the team in their mind.

    Shakir was out for the Texans game. That was brutal with Keon not really ready for an increased role and no Cooper. It left Josh with nowhere to go with the ball because they doubled Kincaid all game. Cook was out for the Ray Davis coming out party in NY.

    A 2-win team added players at the deadline to appease the ego of their GM/QB. Another two-win team brought back their concussion-prone franchise QB and then went out and choked a game away tot he Cards. They are all doing this in a futile attempt to catch up to the BUFFALO BILLS! Let that sink in.

    How nerdy am I? I just looked up the etymology of the word “scrimmage.” BTW, it comes from the middle English of a word that currently is Skirmish.
