Their OL is so bad and Rodgers has almost zero mobility, so the Bills knew that the Jets would run the ball and use quick passes to mitigate those weaknesses. That worked for the Jets until the Bills got a two-score lead and the Jets had to throw. Then it became sack city.
Reminds me of watching an NBA game called by Bill Walton about 10 years ago. A Pistons player threw away an inbounds pass (something that happens all the time), and Walton said "that was the worst play in the history of professional basketball." If you search YouTube, he named at least 20 plays a year the "worst in the history of the NBA."
This is a weird game. The Jets are going to go all out, but they can't play spoiler. I know that we're all worked up about seeding, but the worst that it can be is #3. That's a good place to be in week 17. But I'll still be mad if they lose.
