  1. OT Ryan Hayes (Dolphins) LB Isaiah Land (Cowboys) OG Josh Sills (Eagles)
  2. I don't agree with you and I think that this team is better than last year. And last year if we had been luckier with injuries we would have been in much better shape against Cincinnati. I think Josh's elbow effected his game more than we know. I do think that McDermott mishandled the Hamlin situation. The Bengals took a small slight from the league and turned the entire city of Cincinnati into an "us against the world" angry mob while McDermott allowed the team to wallow in sadness. I also think that the Bills need a few players with brash swagger and Cincinnati and KC have that in spades. I think that there's a bigger issue at play here. BBFS never went away just because the team is better. We were a hopeless franchise for a LONG TIME. Many of us are waiting for the other shoe to drop and for the Bills to go back to 7-10. It just feels like the natural order of things.
  3. Our bye week is the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
  4. I think that with the new kickoff rules, we'll see a lot fewer returns this year. Lil' Dummy!
  5. He's a vet and not subject to the waiver wire. He's a UFA.
  6. Is that the guy that the Eagles picked instead of Justin Jefferson?
  7. Ralph was cheap. Mike Brown is poor (for an NFL owner).
  8. Well, I can tell you who didn't get cut. One Mr. Cody Ford.
  9. I think that was the Thursday night Pats game in Foxboro.
  10. The more that I think about this, the more that I am sure that Boogie was Joe Schoen's pick.
  11. Belichick released both backup QBs and traded the starting kicker. He's playing that Star Trek chess against himself.
  12. My understanding is that because we put Matt on IR before tomorrow, he's out for the year.
  13. Elway, Young, Kelly, Marino, Montana, and Moon played most of their careers before the salary cap era.
  14. I think fan bases have collective mentalities. Bills Mafia is constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. Despite our success since 2019, we behave like a bunch of Browns fans. Pats fans are like the opposite. They keep waiting for a return to normalcy where they win all the time. I live in Cincinnati, and "Who Dey Nation" has an "us against the world" mentality. They picked it up from Joe Burrow. Before that they were just like us.
  15. I had to look this one up. It's an old boxing term for a guy who is going through the motions to collect a paycheck. I think it's an old-guy version of JAG. And I think he means Isabella, but I'm not sure.
  16. The argument was that the Bills would be a bottom-10 offense with an "average NFL QB." I think that Carr is a good stand-in for "average NFL QB."
  17. I don’t know why you do this unless it’s to clear a roster spot and/or a bit of cap for another move. They also cut two backup OL.
  18. So by my count, the Bills are at 16 cuts as of now. Looks like Shorter probably made the team.
  19. Just last year, the Jets traded for Robinson after Breece Hall was injured and everyone thought it was a great move. Now he’s can’t crack the Giants roster as a 3rd stringer. Life does come at you fast.
  20. Sure, but afterwards you would be subjected to a 2-hour treatise on crypo currency.
  21. I watched a lot of preseason games this year. The Steelers effort level in preseason was extraordinary. I think a lot of our consternation about that game was due to that. The Bengals have looked really bad in preseason. It means absolutely nothing.
  22. As soon as the starters leave the game, what happens after that doesn’t matter from a QB perspective. Let Kyle Allen play. It makes no difference.
  23. You don’t have to wonder. The Cots want a 1st and Taylor wants 15 million. So the cost is high coming and going. If he wasn’t demanding 15 million, the Colts wouldn’t be trading him.
