Not true. They will also probably be missing their two starting OTs and a starting OG. Mostert had thumb surgery on Monday so he's also likely out. All of those players played on 12/17.

I can actually agree with you here. Every SB team has had a few lucky bounces along the way. I watch the Bengals run closely last year because I live in Cincinnati. There was that whistle in the WC game against the Raiders. They were about to lose to the Titans in the Divisional Round until a tipped pass (by Eli Apple of all people) dropped right into Logan Wilson's hands. The tip was a play (it was also probably DPI, but Tannehill is not going to get that call). The trajectory of the ball after the tip was luck. Finally, the Chiefs were steamrolling the Bengals in the first half. Then Mahomes botched a play on the goal line at the end of the half. Bieniemy and Hill were screaming at Patty as they ran up the tunnel. You have to imagine that whatever was said in that locker room at halftime led to Hill's departure from KC. Anyway, Patrick Mahomes looked rattled in the second half. Some of that was an adjustment that the Bengals made (rush 3 and drop 8), but he looked like he lost confidence. And the Rams? If this play gets made it might have been the 9ers in the SB.

Sure. I think that if the game had gone to OT that the Jets would have just given up. But I just went and watched the play. It was a really bad call. I feel like the refs just wanted the game to end. It was really an ugly football game that no one should have had to watch. The Jets also missed a FG in the second quarter.

Guys, the only reason that we're playing the Dolphins this weekend instead of the Steelers is a 15 yard personal foul penalty for a horse collar tackle on the Fins final drive that set up the field goal.

I don't know why everybody keeps saying this. The Bills had 6 losses last year, including an ugly blowout at home by the Colts and a stupid loss in Jacksonville. The Bills didn't look like an offensive powerhouse until the Wild Card game against the Pats. Everyone remembers that team, but how about the offense in the Atlanta game or in the week 1 loss to the Steelers? Heck, week 18 against the 4 win Jets was a nail biter (tied in the 3rd) and the Bills had to win that game to win the division. This team is better statistically than last year's team on both offense and defense, even given all the adversity they've faced both from injuries and the weather. I think that it doesn't feel that way because our expectations are sky high. But this is the best Bills team since the early 90's and perhaps the best Bills team ever.

You guys trying to find a way to be nervous about this are the height of BBFS. It reminds me of people trying to talk themselves into being scared of the Steelers. If the Bills lose this game, coaches need to be fired and we need to reevaluate our faith in Josh Allen as a franchise QB. It’s not only Tua. They will be without their starting RB, RT, LT and OG. If the Bills can’t win this one, they should trade everyone and rebuild. If trap games exist, they don’t exist in the playoffs. Every Bills player and coach knows what’s at stake on Sunday.

Are you talking about the week 17 game that the Fins had to win in Buffalo and lost? Because, what everyone forgets about that game is that the Bills starters played the whole first half. The Bills were winning 28-6 when the starters left.

I think people are underestimating the Dolphins injury situation. It’s not just Tua. In the last game, the Dolphins had their starting QB, #1 RB and an intact OL. They will have none of those things in this game. I know that we don’t have the Jets D, but this group of guys was held to 9 points by a Jets team with nothing to play for. If the Bills lose this one because we give up actual TDs, Fraiser should actually be fired.

Exactly. The rumor is that he is in Stage 3. Stage 4 is non-contact football activity and Stage 5 is a full contact practice. When he wasn’t cleared to move to Stage 4 on Wednesday, there is no way to clear the protocol because the final full-contact practice for a Sunday game is on Thursday.

The reason they could run is because we were trying to stop those long passes to Hill and Waddle. If Bridgewater plays the Bills have to still do that. Teddy might suck, but he has an arm. If it’s Thompson, they can pack the box to stop the run and short passes. As it stands now, Fraser needs two game plans.

There are not enough practices left to clear him before Sunday. That’s why he’s out. But Bridgewater might play.

No. Tua would need a non-contact practice with football activities and a full-contact practice. Tomorrow is the final full-contact practice before gameday. He would have had to practice today and tomorrow to clear protocol.

I have never had as much fun watching a football game as I did watching that WC game against the Pats last year.
