I just peeked in on the Browns board this morning. I actually feel bad for them. First their team picked Baker Mayfield over Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson. Then Baker Mayfield played well enough to give them hope before crashing back to earth. Then their owner, instead of letting Mayfield heal from a torn Labrum to see if an injury was the cause of his decline, decides to hitch the whole fan base to a scumbag. The fans now have to defend the scumbag, who then turns out to not be a good player any longer. And they have to watch this while Baker Mayfield is actually playing really well on another team. And I thought being a Bills fan was hard.

Maybe not, but he does throw this ball a millisecond before getting absolutely destroyed.

That was all Zac Taylor's doing. The Bengals were moping around the locker room just like the Bills. Taylor took the slight from the league to get the team into an "us against the world" mindset and they took the whole city along for the ride. I'm not saying that McDermott should have gone that far, but he needed to do something to get the team to stop moping.

I generally agree with your points, but Mahomes only had two fewer INTs than Josh last year. Here are 3 of them in the same game. It almost cost the Chiefs the game at the hapless Broncos. Also, I'm not sure why Prescott doesn't take more heat for careless play. Dak had 15 INTs in 12 games and he doesn't make the spectacular plays that somewhat excuse Josh and Pat's risk-taking. And all of this is to say that Mahomes has bad regular season games too. He does really bring it in the playoffs, though.
