  1. We haven't actually seem them play yet, so I don't know. I would have to think that McDermott is adjusting the scheme to take some of the coverage load off of the OLB, but we don't know how he'll do that.
  2. I don't disagree, but the Chiefs lost to Matt Ryan and the Colts last year and I think that the season worked out pretty well for them.
  3. Watch the game next week like the sucker that I am. I'm on this train for life. My father raised his fist and said "Go Bills" on his death bed. That's how deep this runs.
  4. McD said he was on a snap count. Looking at the snap counts for the game I think it’s safe to say that count was 20.
  5. Just checked. If Jones is out, they’ll have to elevate Tommy DeVito from the PS.
  6. Im sure the purpose of the restructure and the release is to allow him to go back to KC. There is nothing Beane can do about that.
  7. We wouldn’t even have to lose. A close(ish) would do the trick.
  8. Not at PUke. They’re bad at football this year. If OSU gets past PSU next week, then they’ll win easily until the showdown up north.
  9. As an IU grad, I can attest that nothing good has ever happened in West Lafayette. Except perhaps the birth of Axl Rose. The whole place smells like cow turds. You probably don’t care, but Incould deliver a 10 minute rage tirade on that bastid Brian Cardinal right now. BTW: Welcome back.
  10. Broncos/Commanders was a riot. Broncos get a hail mary but miss the 2pt conversion on an obvious PI.
  11. Middle of the pack is incredibly generous. They gave up 70.
  12. Maybe the regular season has become boring for them?
  13. No Diggs? Show that to Whitlock. He could get three shows out of it.
  14. Can’t make the Swifties cry.
  15. I think that he posts under different names
  16. You can learn a lot. I want to see the offense back in rhythm after last week. For as bad as the score looked, the Giants D actually frustrated the Fins D last week to an extent. The Pats still have some pieces on defense and BB can still coach that side of the ball. The Bucs are a sneaky good team, especially if Mike Evans is back. I want to see the offense look like it did against the Raiders and Fins, not like it did against Washington. I want to see how the defense adjust to the injuries and how they deal with WLB. There is a lot at play in what should be 3 wins. But then again, "any given Sunday/Thursday."
  17. That flag that you see thrown was a roughing the passer penalty on the Chiefs against Tom Brady in the fourth quarter of the 2018/19 AFC Championship. Here's the whole thing. It's one of the worst calls in NFL history, and that's saying something. And of course, it led to another Brady SB in NE.
  18. I want that, but mostly because I enjoy chaos (on other teams of course) and a QB controversy in NY would be fun.
  19. They were a bad team last year and got a lot of good fortune that led to wins despite being poor in almost every stat (besides Ws). They have regressed to the mean. They also are suffering a lot of injuries on the OL which is making it very hard for them to put up any points.
  20. If he has a ***** in the armor, we might ***** defeat from the jaws of victory. Otherwise he is the #### of the walk.
  21. That was before the team had a million defensive injuries. Also, the contending team with a real need at WR is the Chiefs, but I would have to think that the Broncos would rather not trade him in the division.
  22. Competition? We don't even know if Beane is interested in a WR.
  23. A bigger Kyler Murray would be an absolute stud
  24. DJ Jones is inactive tonight with a knee injury, but isn't he who the Bills should want from the Broncos?
  25. I still think that Miami and SF have cracked the code on how to win without a top 5 QB. If they play each other in the SB (a real possibility), other teams will copy the model and we may see a rethinking of roster construction league-wide.
