  1. That was the drive where they punted from midfield.
  2. I’m going to analyse this from a purely football perspective. We’ve already seen Russ play a full season in Denver. The jury is still out on Watson in Cleveland. For that reason I’d vote that Watson still could work out for the Browns.
  3. I agree, but that will be six miserable weeks here on TBD.
  4. Parcells made good money because he coached for Jerry Jones in the 2000's for four years. He made ~5 million per for those years.
  5. We’re not winning super bowls because @Araiza Curse touches himself at night.
  6. I swear to god this is the most negative fan forum in all of professional sports.
  7. I have no idea, so I’ll just channel our favorite poster on TBD: AFC: Dolphins,Bengals,Jags,Chiefs AFC WC: Jets,Chargers,Titans AFC Championship: Fins over Chiefs NFC: Who cares, the Fins are going to whip them anyway because they’re going 20-0. Will Mercury Morris cry or celebrate? MVP: Tua Coach of the Year: The master of offense, Mike McDaniel OPY: Tyreke DPY: Wilkins
  8. The entire line of discussion on this board right now is because we all want something so badly over which we have zero control. This is especially true of the "Josh doesn't watch enough film" threads. We start to worry that we want it more than the actual players. One thing that nobody actually talks about anymore is "what would have happened if McDermott had kept the pick and drafted Mahomes," but I have to think that this is the elephant in the room in all discussions about Josh. FWIW, I don't worry about any of this but I do find the psychology of this group of fans to be fascinating. I also see evidence of almost all of the cognitive biases that plague human cognition due to evolutionary psychology but that is best left undiscussed.
  9. Homer!!! Get your head out of the sand and join the realists!!!!
  10. That indoor facility is a bubble over their outside field.
  11. I don't think that there are any more spots on the PS or the 53.
  12. And you have to respect that. This guy was one of the better players on that Browns team that won 1 game over two seasons.
  13. I'm going to pop on over to their board to see what their fans think of all of this. I'll report back. Edit: Their PS is lousy with WRs and some of them should be elevated prior to week 1 once the dust settles.
  14. OT Ryan Hayes (Dolphins) LB Isaiah Land (Cowboys) OG Josh Sills (Eagles)
  15. I don't agree with you and I think that this team is better than last year. And last year if we had been luckier with injuries we would have been in much better shape against Cincinnati. I think Josh's elbow effected his game more than we know. I do think that McDermott mishandled the Hamlin situation. The Bengals took a small slight from the league and turned the entire city of Cincinnati into an "us against the world" angry mob while McDermott allowed the team to wallow in sadness. I also think that the Bills need a few players with brash swagger and Cincinnati and KC have that in spades. I think that there's a bigger issue at play here. BBFS never went away just because the team is better. We were a hopeless franchise for a LONG TIME. Many of us are waiting for the other shoe to drop and for the Bills to go back to 7-10. It just feels like the natural order of things.
  16. Our bye week is the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
  17. I think that with the new kickoff rules, we'll see a lot fewer returns this year. Lil' Dummy!
  18. He's a vet and not subject to the waiver wire. He's a UFA.
  19. Is that the guy that the Eagles picked instead of Justin Jefferson?
  20. Ralph was cheap. Mike Brown is poor (for an NFL owner).
  21. Well, I can tell you who didn't get cut. One Mr. Cody Ford.
  22. I think that was the Thursday night Pats game in Foxboro.
  23. The more that I think about this, the more that I am sure that Boogie was Joe Schoen's pick.
