  1. I'm a Pats lover because I got a screenshot of the All-22 footage that shows that if he was downfield when Jones released the ball, it was by about a 1/2 yard? I f-ing hate the Patriots, almost as much as I hate the Dolphins. The ball is already out his Jones' hand here and the center is a yard and a half down field. It's not unreasonable to think that he was just on that line when the ball was thrown.
  2. He has so many options here against the blitz, but he holds the ball waiting for Knox to complete his route. Just horrible by Josh here.
  3. They had a beautifully soft schedule to close out the year. Now, they don't.
  4. I just watched the play on the All-22. At the time that the pass was released, the center was precisely 1 yard downfield. He was 3 yards downfield by the time Stevenson caught Mac's floater. I think that, like usual, Belichick's teams get the details right.
  5. I just went and watched the damn play on the all 22. I don't really know what I'm looking at, but here goes. It's was not at all how I remember it. The Pats brought Douglas in motion. The BIlls only rushed four. Mac looked off Bernard (got him to lean the other way for a split second) and then flipped the ball to Stevenson in space. If anyone still cares, he threw it from the 18 and Stevenson caught it at the 20 but at the point the pass was released the center was only one yard downfield. The play was really well designed because Stevenson had three blockers (Henry, Bourne and Douglas). Bourne and Douglas rode Taron Johnson completely out of the play. Stevenson got 10 yards before anyone even touched him. He cut back inside to avoid Dane Jackson and got Jordan Phillips to wiff on a tackle at the 32. You know what happened after that.
  6. It really did. Blitzing Mac Jones just allows him to use that lifetime of coaching to read the pressure pre-snap and get the ball out fast. You have to make him beat you throwing into tight coverages.
  7. I wouldn't make any trades that involve draft picks until after the game on Thursday. If the Bills lose, I would keep the picks.
  8. He didn't exactly say that. He said that he doesn't study a lot of what opposing defenses have done in past games because they play the Bills offense differently. Here's the clip:
  9. He's seen some type of sports psychologist. That is "mindfulness/positive thinking" speak.
  10. Well in that case, you are correct. In remember in 2019 how bummed I was that the stupid Titans beat the Ravens. I really wanted to watch a Mahomes vs. MVP Lamar AFC CG.
  11. Joe Burrow/Zac Taylor got him in an AFCCG. In fact, if any team has Mahomes and the Chiefs number right now it's Cincinnati. I know that the Chiefs got them last year, but counting regular and post-season, Joe Burrow is 3-1 against the Mahomes, Reid, and the Chiefs.
  12. If the NFL salary cap made any logical sense, you would be right. But Hopkins' base salary is only a little over a million for this year. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/tennessee-titans/deandre-hopkins-12307/
  13. The phrasing of this is interesting. "Recently" doesn't indicate that this just happened, but that it happened a little while ago. Why is this leaked now?
  14. Wanna hear an interesting stat? The Eagles gave up the exact number of yards (244) to the Zach Wilson let Jets as they did to the mighty Fins.
  15. The Bills punted once on Sunday. That's exactly what happened to the 49ers two weeks in a row.
  16. You all are overreacting here. The players seemed a bit more down after this loss than usual. I think it's the combination of the loss and the injuries. This meeting was probably just to get everyone motivated, which is something that Von and Josh need to do as captains.
  17. Did he and Diggs get along in Minnesota?
  18. They don't need 3 million in cap space for Beasely. There is a spot on the PS right now for him if they want to do that.
  19. Mahomes was garbage until this week.
  20. He wouldn’t leave cleveland to be the Bills DC.
  21. Larger doesn’t matter. Downtown has been revitalized in Buffalo. I’m always surprised when I go back. My mother’s old house in Elmwood Village, which she sold in 2003 for a little over $100,00 is now worth over $500,000. Buffalo is a growth market.
  22. Good real estate, yes. Suppose the chiefs decided to love from an interstate exit to downtown KC. Where would they put it?
  23. Cincinnati. That place is used for 8 home games, 1-2 preseason games, and a couple of concerts. Great American Ballpark, on the other hand, gets 82 home games.
