  1. Why do QBs throw short of the sticks in 3rd down?
  2. All those Jets and Giants fans in the dorms at UB?
  3. I was thinking about going down, but the tickets are so expensive. So we went up to Orchard Park on Thursday instead. I might come down to the tailgate for a bit though.
  4. I’m thinking about next week in horror already.
  5. If you think Collinsworth slobbering all over Mahomes is bad, wait until you hear him call a Bengals home game. Get that mute button ready!
  6. You can’t be much worse than 70 points.
  7. The head coach having to meet with a team’s only star players to convince them to keep playing is worse than the dreaded “players only meeting.”
  8. Wasn’t that actually Blake Bortles?
  9. I think Darnold would have looked good in that Shanahan system. I was hoping to see it because I love a good QB controversy.
  10. And certainly better than in 2021 after the Tampa game at 7-6.
  11. It is really obvious that TBDers haven’t watched the Bengals play this year.
  12. Baring a Lamar injury, the Ravens are running away with that division.
  13. Yes! Best Sunday of football is after a Bills Thursday night win. And I don’t watch red zone because I think it gives a skewed perspective. For example, it you had been watching RZ two weeks ago, you would have come away with the impression that the Bengals offense is 100% back because they scored on their first two drives. And then your focus would have shifted to other games because the Bengals never made it back to the Red Zone again.
  14. I agree, but Purdy cleared protocol and will start.
  15. If a lot of people say that they don’t watch other teams, it would explain a lot of the posts on this board.
  16. That’s great. Just builds the fan base. Too bad that that the Raptors lost.
  17. Exactly. If the Bengals lose this game they are likely 3 games out in the division and might punt on the season.
  18. That’s cool. He was a basketball player before he played football so it makes a lot of sense. Did they announce him? How did the crowd react? And before anyone freaks out, the Bills are off until Monday.
  19. Remember in 2021 when Beasley played three playoff games on a partially broken leg? Or last year when Poyer was too hurt to fly so he had to drive from WNY to KC to play a regular season game? Or all of last year when Josh Allen played with an elbow injury that would have sidelined most players? So yeah, they can be cautious with some players but there are exceptions.
  20. Yes, it was. Pretty clear that it was. But after weeks of bad games on Thursday night, the NFL was going to give Amazon a close one.
  21. Rhode Island Coffee Milks.
