Normally, I want to agree with all the Bengals bashing here, but Cincinnati Chili is actually pretty good. I can't eat it due to the heartburn, but I miss it like I miss wings.
That's exactly what I meant. And good on them for being bold. But you can do that in MLB where teams will actually sell and teams don't really play systems. In the NFL, you cannot remake a team at the deadline.
I just don't know how much you can get/integrate at the deadline in the NFL. This isn't baseball where the Braves could go from a middling team to World Series champions with deadlines moves.
That was also a crazy game. It was relatively close, but once it got a bit out of hand the Broncos D gave up. Remember, it was a week 3 game in Miami with a heat index over 100.
Would be good to know. The Eagles beat the Fins. The Cowboys beat both the Jets and Patriots. The Lions beat the Chiefs. Off the top of my head, that's what I've got.
The thing is that Baker's job was to get the ball to that bunch in the middle of the EZ and he doesn't have the arm to get it there. If that was a close Hail Mary, then every Hail Mary is close.
Who cares. The Bills almost lost to the Bucs and have already lost to the Bengals. The season is over. I read that right here by the most non-homer, realist posters so it must be true.
This thread was about Collinsworth. McDermott should not even enter that picture. If you wanna start your own thread crowning the GD Bengals, go ahead.
