  1. He doesn't play Zach Wilson. He plays the Jets defense. Salah practically has Dorsey's playbook. He's said as much. The great mystery is why the Bills D always allows one long backbreaking TD drive to Zach Wilson. For that, I have no answer.
  2. They're insane because the Bills lost a game that they were sure the Bills were going to lose. I was mad on Sunday night and I woke up mad on Monday morning. I wanted to disown everyone that I know who's a Bengals fan, which would have made life pretty lonely for me here in Cincinnati. But by Monday afternoon I came to grips with the fact that this team's season probably ended on that crap turf in London and intend to let the rest of this season play out. But you got dudes on her trying to trade Josh Allen for draft picks. That's insane.
  3. The Bills looked at Tee Martin last time. He's the QB coach in Baltimore. If the whole staff gets canned in NY, you might look at Mike Kafka. He is from Andy Reid's coaching tree. I don't think that McDermott could bring back Daboll so that's off of the table (hey that rhymes).
  4. That's why the Bengals are not out of the woods yet. They have to play Pittsburgh twice, the Browns, at Baltimore, and at KC. edit: They have to play at Jacksonville too.
  5. If you look objectively at just this year, the two best teams in the AFC are Jacksonville and Baltimore. And Baltimore's two losses were paper-thin heartbreaks to IND and PIT.
  6. To think that Bills Mafia has lost its mind over a 6-point road loss to a team that has been to two straight AFC Championship Games.
  7. It was the Bears. I only remember that because a huge RFA offer to Bates is the most Bearsy thing ever.
  8. The Browns too. The Bengals have bad ownership, but they never fire coaches so I think any coach would jump at that chance. It's like academic tenure for NFL coaches.
  9. So do I add you to the list?
  10. After one 6-point road loss to a good team that most TBDers predicted would steamroll the Bills, fans are melting down and drawing up trade scenarios for the franchise QB. You predicted a 34-17 Bengals win. The Bills actually scored one more point than you thought that they would, and now it's time to completely blow up the team?
  11. Someone yesterday was arguing that Josh Allen probably wants out of Buffalo, even though he's said or done nothing to indicate that.
  12. It's that the HC of an NFL team couldn't get "Zach gives us the best chance to win" out of his mouth. I'm not laughing at the Jets. I'm laughing at Salah's inability to not create national news. This was a front-page story on both ESPN and SI.com.
  13. So, I'll add you to the list of TBDers who want to trade Josh Allen: @Pine Barrens Mafia @HopefulFuture @Yawning Frog @VaMilBill Anyone else?
  14. How about Urban Mayer? He runs a pretty sweet spread offense. How about Chip Kelly? Now that's a creative offensive mind if I ever saw one. No. There are certain personalities that you just don't bring into the building.
  15. Sure. But the point here is that it's not Salah's decision to keep rolling Zach out there. Someone else is making that call. Gotta be Woody Johnson.
  16. This is the most BBFS thread in the history of threads.
  17. How about the OL coach for the New Orleans Saints? https://www.neworleanssaints.com/team/coaches-roster/doug-marrone On a serious note, how about the young OC in Houston? He's analytics-driven and worked under Shanahan. He even spent time as a PFF analyst. He's the exact type of young offensive mind that people here pine for: https://www.houstontexans.com/team/coaches-roster/bobby-slowik
  18. That's exactly what it means and it's a term that all coaches started using a few years ago. Before that, they would say something like "we need to execute in all three phases."
  19. Like usual, this is not what the article was about. It was an article about the fact that someone asked BB if he was coaching for his job at a PC. The Globe article was about the question being asked.
  20. If fans ran the team, the Bills salary cap would be 50% consumed by aging WRs and the coaching staff would be fired after every loss.
  21. They announced an extension that he signed over the summer just before the BIlls game.
  22. Orlovsky is a weekly guest on One Bills Live, just like Greg Cosel.
  23. My point is that Moe Eggar was laughing out loud at the Bills for drafting Allen the same year that the Bengals took draft bust Price. I know this because i heard it all on my drive from Finneytown to Oxford.
